Very ornately decorated hotel. My standard room was large and clean. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Only stayed one night and all was good.

Nous avons été déçus de notre séjour au Royal Rose Hotel. Nous nous attendions à un meilleur standing au vu des 5 étoiles attribuées à l'établissement. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons dû patienter 45 minutes dans un coin de l'établissement, le temps que la chambre soit prête, alors que nous avions effectué notre check-in 2 heures après l'heure d'entrée recommandée. De plus, le personnel s'est montré quelque peu condescendant avec nous et nous a complètement oublié avant de se rendre compte que nous attendions toujours notre chambre. La veille de notre départ, nous avons demandé au voiturier s'il était possible de laisser la voiture au parking de l'hôtel le lendemain, malgré avoir rendu la chambre. Celui-ci nous a confirmé que cela était faisable sans surcoût. Le jour J, après notre check-out et une reconfirmation avec l'hôtesse, le manager nous informe finalement qu'il est impossible d'utiliser le parking de l'hôtel pour la journée. Aucune considération de la part de l'équipe, aucune aide ni solution ne nous a été proposé. Nous tenons tout de même à souligner la propreté de l'établissement, la qualité de la literie et du petit-déjeuner. Le personnel de ménage a également toujours été très agréable avec nous. Toutefois, ce manque de considération de la part du reste de l'équipe a réellement entaché notre séjour... Nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas l'établissement.

Beautiful hotel! Very quiet and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. We appreciated the free shuttle Express bus to Yas Island.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsvehältnis. Große Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it. It is s hotel where you do not feel like leaving

Très bien placé dans la ville. Un personnel charmant et compétent. Un hôtel luxueux et d’une propreté exemplaire. Une très belle piscine et un formidable spa pour le côté détente.

in general, it is okay. I didn't realise the hotel has 17th French castle style, so not modern architecture style. Room: Clean, spacious. Not many plugs so it would have been better if more plugs. Wifi is good. The bed was comfortable. Gym: Gym was spacious and good facility. Spa: I had a terrible experience with the spa staff. The sauna was supposed to be on but it was not on and was told it's gonna take 10 min. but after 40 min wait, the steam sauna was not hot at all, so wasted the time waiting around. The staff didn't apology and asked me to call in advance next time (the sauna should be on without the guest needing to check by phone) and they were not professional. so mixed review.
