Amazing hotel, staff, breakfast, pool with perfect views. Ahmed, part of the breakfast staff, was specially nice and competent. Just a great treat to stay there and enjoy the amazing atmosphere and perks.

5/5 Wir waren sehr erstaunt über dieses Hotel. Warten dort für 14 Tage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch das drum herum war 1A. Angefangen mit dem Frühstück. Da wird man verwöhnt mit allem. Da lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer war perfekt und eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Pool verleitet mal zum abschalten und hat auch eine schicke Aussicht hin Burj. Was man mal gemacht haben sollte mal auf die dachterasse gehen.

Outstanding customer service. Hotel is conveniently located and easy to access public transportation. Great variety of food of the best quality. Half board is highly recommended. Room and pool were amazing.

The Shangri La Dubai is perfectly situated in downtown Dubai to be able to sightsee as tourists. It always smells amazing in the lobby, staff are so welcoming and service is top notch! Highly recommend if you’re thinking of visiting Dubai!

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Dubai and we got free upgrade to a room with Burj Khalifa view which was fantastic. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Snacks at afternoon tea and happy hour were also delicious. The hotel is at the right size so the lobby, restaurants, and other public areas are not too crowded. What impressed us the most is the friendly staff and service. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with Ethan Sun (Fengchao Sun) and Daphne Du (Ying Du) who went above and beyond to help guests feel like home. They provided advices and shared tips to help us optimize our itinerary and experience. They truly showcased the superior level of hospitality at Shangri-La. My family had a wonderful stay, and my kids would only want to stay at Shangri-la for our next travel!

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and location. 受付も、ドアマンも、レストランもみんな親切でとても良かったです。 玄関を出ると、ブルジュハリファが見えて部屋からは海が見えてすごくいいロケーションでした。 地下鉄の駅にも歩いて行けて、立地も良かったです。

Convenient location for Dubai Mall. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use the pools they looked very nice. Our room was spacious and had a great sea view.

Everything about this hotel was comfortable and easy. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. The food options were amazing. The location was central to all the main attractions. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

Friedly staff

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Excellent service during our stay. We appreciated the early check-in after a long flight. Also, the prompt assist of the doormen with taxis as our pre-arranged airport transfer was a no show was greatly appreciated.
