Superb service. Excellent accomodation.

For it being a 5 star hotel what a disappointment. The room was dirty. The room flooded. The refrigerator wouldn’t work. So many things went wrong.

Excellent stay on the palm. Hotel amazing with great family 2 bedroom apartment. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great dining options on the half board rate with dine around in most of the restaurants

Simply brilliant, hotel has not lost any of its allure, last time we visit was in 2016.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were so welcoming, polite and accommodating. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. The pool areas and beach were amazing with plenty of sunbeds and complimentary beach towels. A great choice of restaurants too. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel and to return again in the future.

Our stay at The Sofitel was exceptional. I would like to make a special mention to the Manava Restaurant manager Snehal. I went out of his way to ensure my family didn't miss breakfast.

A real resort feeling with different pools and beach and a great garden surroundings

The staff are just wonderful at the hotel. Samuel at the concierge who never failed to smile and drove us around the resort in a golf buggy. Aung delivered our room service was also delightful and so polite. All the staff at the fantastic spa made us feel so welcomed every time which made it super special. Thank you everyone. We hope to come back soon!

Very impressed

One of Our Best Family Holidays! We stayed at Sofitel The Palm Dubai from March 29 to April 4 as a family of four, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a great variety that changed daily. Our younger son has severe food allergies, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care and attention he received. Special thanks to Chef Diego and Manager Prakash at Manava Restaurant for preparing safe meals for him every day. The Food & Beverage Manager, Lasantha Fernando, personally met with us on arrival and explained how the team would support us throughout the stay. The entire hotel staff was aware of our son’s condition and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our Family Deluxe Suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The in-room kitchen, washer, and water purifier were especially useful. We also really enjoyed the beach and the calm atmosphere. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel—especially for families with special dietary needs.
