Hotel's location is not that great as its away from all the tourist places and not near any major public transport. Suiable for travellers with their own cars or taxi users.
Room was excellent as I got an executive suite for the price of a standard double room, however the overall experience missed the X factor ! There wasn't a great view from the room but the space was plenty for a single user.
Receptionists and hotel staff were very polite and handled any guest's requests in an efficient manner.

The hotel was nice, a little bit out dated, but mostly nice accommodations. Staff was friendly and responsive. No USB chargers for phones, no kids playground, some problems with breakfast buffet, overall okay stay. Buffet wasn't very kid friendly. I asked for a cot for our 2 year old and got a crib.

The room was kept clean every single day, and our stay comfortable enough. The upkeep in terms of aesthetic and condition of the apartment needs to be looked at - the sofa in our room was ripped and old and felt a little grubby. The room itself was dark and the colour of the furniture along with everything else in the apartment, didn't help the light. It felt very dark and closed-in.
We had a kitchenette with no cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. This had to be requested individually.
However, the staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating, as were the valet team. Made our stay really comfortable.
