Run down and deserted

Room was decent. There wasn’t enough lighting in the room. Didn’t like the fact that the refrigerator was in the restroom area under the sink. I think that’s an odd place for someone to want to store beverages. Sofa wasn’t as comfortable, it was a bit firm. But bed was very soft. The main issue was the main door wasn’t working when we arrived, we had to use the side door which does not open from the outside so we had to wait on someone to come open the door. I left to get food & came back and waited outside over 5mins thinking I needed to go through the side door still. Staff was standing around the front desk & no one looked that way to see me standing there and the wind was blowing really hard outside. Eventually I went around towards the front and the door opened which frustrated me because there should have been some type of communication that the door was back working. I wasted time sitting outside the side door thinking the main door was still not working. The elevator stopped working shortly after so we had to use the stairs. Super hard to do with smaller children. I actually slipped and fell on the stairs trying to get back to the room with smaller kids. A lot of inconveniences happened just within the first 3hrs of being there. So I have already placed in my head this would not be a place I believe I would want to stay at again.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended a great place for dinner.

Perfect location to the convention center. Clean room and comfy beds.

The property is great, but the second you cross the fence line get in a taxi. Not safe for children.

Nice spacious room with a cool view of some of downtown area. Comfy bed and comforter was warm. They were quick to respond to and resolve an issue I had with the heat not working when I arrived. What I did not like was that the room had a fridge, but no microwave. The room also did not have an iron to iron clothes, and breakfast was not included. “Breakfast” options downstairs are all prepackaged food items like what one would purchase at a gas station, but items were a lot more expensive than gas station prices. I was also charged $86 for incidental fees, in addition to my nightly rate.

I was double charged after already booking and paying for my stay and the customer service was absolutely awful !! The worse I had to call the police for the up most disrespect. I was double charged.

Annoying that they wouldn’t take my card for an incidental charge but they gladly took my card for payment of the stay. Super annoyed. Overpriced breakfast.

Contemporary and clean rooms. Great bar. Wish the pool was open!

The morning staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

It was nice traveled with two cats. Just a lot of noise from neighboring rooms

Everything was good it’s just not that much shopping in the area

Everything was great. You do have to pay for parking, that’s the only downfall.

Staff was just meh when we checked in. Hardly said anything to us. When we got back from the concert we wanted to shower befor bed and when my wife went to turn the water it stayed cold then she tried shutting it off. So when maintenance finally showed up. He was messing with it for about 20min.

Comfy and comfortable! We stayed there for a concert at BOK and easily walked to the venue. Our check in was nice and the room was clean and nice. Two issues: there was a barn door for the toilet and sink right outside it. The barn door does not cover the door opening fully so if one person is trying to go to the bathroom while another gets ready at the sink, there is no privacy. Sounds, sights, and smells are shared by all. Also, the light switch to turn the bathroom light on also turns the hall light on, so if you have to get up in the night, you risk waking up people who are sleeping.

Comfortable and very secure

Charged two charges one for 183 and other for 253. And couldn't get an explanation why just that they were going to be refuned sometime
