Clean and professional looking. Our only issue was that we had 2 hair dryers that did not work. We contacted the main desk and after 48hrs the issue was still not resolved

I liked the staff and the room we stayed in (in the Bally section which I believe was new), but did not like that we had to traverse the entire 27th floor with our luggage because the signs directed us that way to get to 2732. I also, for a nearly $400 room, expected to get two bottles of water for our room and not to have to pay for water at the bar to bring to my room.

It was good as far as the rooms they were spacious and clean. The location was perfect to everything on the Boardwalk. But they dont have enough restaurants at night you have a bar open very late people are drinking but not enough late night eats to accommodate people was disappointing.

Requested two queen beds for 4 adults. We were upgraded to a suite, but only offered one bed. Again mentioned we had 4 Adam’s needed 4 beds. They said they would take care of it. We went out for the evening and returned with a cot dropped off to our room, so one person was still without a bed.

My family and I recently stayed in a room in Bally's Tower on the 25th floor for two nights. We were awakened each night at 1:00 AM by other loud hotel guests on the 26th floor( room right above our room). The guests were playing beer pong, they kept screaming, stomping, running and this went on for hours both nights. I complained to the hotel front desk clerk plenty of times and was informed that they would send security on the floor due to the no noise rule after 10:00pm. Security never went upstairs to handle the concerns because the guests continued unacceptable behavior until 5:00 AM. My family suffered two days with no sleep. The hotel front desk clerk mentioned they were also receiving other complaints from others on the 26th floor but nothing was being done. We were accomodated by not having to pay the hotel fees for the days we booked. I feel as though something else should be done to accomodate our concerns because we basically got no sleep and this incident makes me not want to book a room at Bally's again.

We had to change rooms at the beginning of our stay. The original room had food bits and trails of ants on the floor. The next room was available within 30 minutes, cleaner, but still outdated

That you have to put down 100.00 dollae fee incase you damage room or chatge that should be done after and wasnt told prior to booking room but it was a nice stay and room was great

I can’t believe that smoking is still allowed indoors as of 2025. The smell and second hand smoke was in the air, the carpet and throughout the hotel. Outdoors appeared to be unsafe with unsavory activities going on. It did appear they had staff security, but often times the security guards were not at their post and non-guests were easily able to jump on the elevator with guests and just get off in selected floors.
We constantly questioned safety while there. We wish we could have enjoyed the casino more and as attended, but just couldn’t considering the environment.
Maybe others will have a better experience and we wish the best to the next set of guests.
