DONT GO! Horrible conditions and kept my money for the room even when I pulled in I knew we would not be able to stay but I did verify the room first before leaving and the room was pure filth. I have video and pictures to show the room wasn’t cleaned. The bed has visible signs of fluids all over it with out needing to pull it open and back, just literally on top Of the bedding. Then a chair had brown stuff stuck on it and then more fluid spots. The toilet was running nonstop in a circle as if it was flushing nonstop so it caught my attention and I used toilet paper to lift the lid and urine/fecal matter everywhere clearly not touched or cleaned after the last gusted or actually many guests to be this bad. This place is so gross and disgusting I am going to notify the health department in hopes they they can be held responsible for the unlivable conditions they are trying to sell people and some are not able to leave after they steal their money and I can’t even imagine having to stay here in such filthy conditions! The pictures don’t match the reality and the person at the front desk had zero concerns for how deplorable the room was and kept our money even though I was able to tell them they could release the room and we won’t be staying. It’s sad they can take money fur such a horrible condition.

Was in a handicap room, which I requested. The handicap bathroom I could not get my walker in and get the door shut. It was very small. The lock wouldn’t latch on the door. The stool that was in the shower to sit on one leg was broken and loose. If I’d sit on it, I would’ve fell. It seem to be something about the kitchen. They didn’t do wake up, calls. The breakfast buffet sucked. The eggs were too hard. They weren’t nice and fluffy scrambled eggs. They were old. The people that take care of it don’t care about it. it was a very. blah Place to go into there was nothing that said friendly about it. It was just plain small lobby. Nothing that said it was friendly or nice. I won’t stay at this one again. I wish I had taken pictures of the bathroom to send but I’m sorry I didn’t. Even told the receptionist/owner about the chair, didn’t say anything and turned to walk away.

Customer service was bad. I called the front desk 3 times and got no answer. I had to walk to to desk and the lady was watching tv. Place has a pool but this was closed and weeds were growing everywhere. Not a seasonal closure in my opinion

The staff are excellent at the desk. Nice in the room…I was very surprised at how poorly kept it was. The blinds were broken, light bulbs missing, copious amounts of literal trash under the bed, as well as stains on the sheets. I can say with absolute certainty I’ll NEVER book a room there again. And honestly might just over look Baymont by Wyndham all together. It’s not the first one I’ve been mortified by, unfortunately.

First room assigned unclean; staff attitude not pleasing; rusty places in bathroom; not at all what I expect from a Baymont Hotel. I was disappointed.

From the outside i was questioning whether we wanted to stay as it looked very rundown. The lobby and hallway were better and the room was very clean. The bathtub had a huge soft spot and was very slippery.

There were only 2 small square pillows on the bed. Also we booked for 4 people and there were only 2 towels. We called for more pillows and towels waited 2 hours never heard from anyone then went to the front desk and was told they did not have extra pillows and handed towels that wasn't even folded to us. The check in person questioned my son who I had as the check in person since I'm disabled I knew he'd be the one to walk in for our family. The room was charged on my card. Despite me listing my son as the checkin person do they wouldnt question him, they still did and he had to explain he was my son. They wanted to know where I was and he said he is in the car on a walker and I don't want to have to get him out of the car twice. The desk clerk seemed put out. He shouldn't have been questioned since I gave his name when I booked the room month before.

The place was disgustingly, dirty inside and out. The safety lock on the door have been broken. The bathtub was incredibly dirty mold/water stains everywhere. The faucet would not stop running the outside had broken down vehicles on flat tires there was graffiti on the building.. I was there to stay five nights. I went in to the office and canceled my reservation and did not stay there even 1 night. I did not feel safe. The worst part about it is the lady still charged me almost $200 to cancel my reservation. Which I thought was wrong because I only left because the room was a mess. It was dirty. The safety latch didn’t work bathtub was running and quite honestly I didn’t feel safe. The swimming pool and swimming pool area was completely abandoned. It just looks like it’s been there for years without ever being touched. Walking to my room there was a loud music and very intense marijuana smell inside the hotel.

1. Tv remote did not work, went to the front desk and they gave me another remote to try, that one failed too. Went back to the front desk, the lady gave me another one. This was repeated 4 different times. Front desk lady said “you can use the buttons on the tv” Mind you, we tried using the button on the tv but theres only 1 button & you have to press and hold to change the channel and you can’t go back only forward. I told her “theres over 70 channels and you want me to click 70 times to look at the different channels?” She then said “we can change you rooms” I said “that would be great” she then said “we don’t have anymore 2bd rooms, i’ll go look at your tv” she never came by our room. 2. The mini fridge does not cool, we checked and its plugged in but not cooling, we turned it down a notch, gave it some time then checked & nothing. Turned it down again & gave it some time then checked again, nothing. We have waters, juices & a gallon of milk we needed to keep cold. 3. The shower drains very slow, literally showered in above ankle water the whole time. 4. The tub floor is not attached/coming apart from the floor, has a jelly feeling when stepping on it. Felt dizzy moving around the tub trying not to lose balance. 5. Found an entry bracelet for adult laying on the bathroom sink that did not belong to us, if they really cleaned it, there shouldn’t have been other people’s trash laying around. 6. They advertise an outdoor pool but it was closed 7. Ice machine out of service
