Close enough to the places we wanted to go see. Price wasn’t bad. Couldn’t complain about room and area being quiet. I read harsh reviews and found them a bit too much. Considering I could have spend a lot more money and if I wanted to find something wrong I could anywhere.
The staff was nice and answered any questions we had.

We booked 3 nights and checked out after 1. The facility smelled weird. We had to hunt for working electrical outlets in our room. We could only find 2 that worked-- 1 was sparking. We asked for extra towels and were told we couldn't get any until the morning. The next day, we came back to the hotel and found that housekeeping had not touched our room! We were told we shoud have requested housekeeping if we wanted it. How were we to know that? We checked out then and there. We requested a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay but were told we'd need to contact Expedia, which has been difficult. Also, the free breakfast looked like it consisted of 3 measley muffins.

Hotel has great potential but is in poor repair. Our room smelled of mildew. The toilet was not seated correctly and made loud noise when one sat on it. Indoor pool looked lovely in pictures on line. It was not heated and was a little cold even tho weather outside was hot. Will not stay here again.

We checked in and our bathroom was dirty. The TV didn't work. The place had a bad smell. The carpets were dirty. They changed us to a different room. We had a king bed, but they moved us into a room with 2 full size beds. The breakfast was a joke. We will DEFINITELY not go back there.

Arriving as scheduled the room was stifling bc the AC was not on. One small soap, no additional tp. Toilet was not secured to floor, falling hazard. Continental breakfast choices were few.

This “hotel” was terrible. Many things were very wrong with this establishment. To start off, there was no elevator for handicap access. The handle for our “ door knob” was completely broken and fell off multiple times. The bathroom door did not even fit the door frame and was a two inch gap that was very noticeable and the door would not close. The toilet and bath tub were filthy. The bath tub had hair along the wall. The towels were dirty. One towel that was in our room was dirty and had thick brown spots all over it. The tv and safe were broken. There were some outlets did not work and the main light did not work. There were also bugs flying around the room. The staff were also very rude and their customer service was horrible.

Staff were great, I really liked the beds. Many of the electrical outlets/USB ports don’t work. And the rooms don’t keep sound out great. Otherwise it was good. We were there for a week and only became more comfortable the longer we were there.

The room was had wasn’t clean, the microwave had old food in it, and the floors wasn’t clean. The towels were very small and no one checked to see if we needed clean items. The room was just ok, but it has a musty odor. Although it is supposed to be a smoke free motel, the aroma of cigarettes and pot was prevalent in the hallway on the ground floor (where my room was) not far from the lobby. 4 women in next room were loud with profanity laced outbursts in the room and hallway coming and going throughout the night into early morning hours with no consideration for other guests trying to rest. I do not recommend.
