Best Western Medical Center North Inn & Suites Near Six Flags

Clean quiet.

The gentleman that helped us at 1230 am was very nice and took his time to help us. The only down fall of this hotel is you can see it needs to be refurbished in certain areas. Some of the metal is rusted out and the carpet is very old. The bed was very confortable and the second room probably could use more lighting. But the price point and what you pay for is well worth it. I will be staying here again. Oh also, the water pressure was awesome.

The stay was ok I did't have any issues But the breakfast was so simple Not too much variety Just simple powder egg with no flavor Can beans .. They did not have variety of fruit Or more items.... I believe that with a good breakfast with more variety It wll be an attraction to customers, because they would want to book at that hotel... Prices are not to cheap to serve that way.. Also another recommendation is the water in the pool was too cold.. They should regulate the temp so customers can have a good time and enjoy their stay....

Hotel viejo , no limpian los cuartos

The hotel has a “cleaning service upon request” policy, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. We only found out about it on the third day of our stay. It was very frustrating to return to our room after a long day and discover it hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast was also quite disappointing. They serve the same limited options from Monday to Friday, with very little variety.

I always stay here and am usually happy with the place but this time carpet was dirty in the room and bed sheets were stained.

Estuve ahí la semana pasada, huele algo mal la habitación, el desayuno muy malo y aún no me han devuelto el depósito que dejé, me comentaron que el domingo harían la devolución y una semana después no han devuelto nada. Mal servicio

Great stay

Hotel room was not clean upon entering. The bed was not made neatly, there was dust and dirt on the floor, and a piece of food by the AC unit. The shower handle was broken which took hotel staff an hour to fix. They originally wanted to wait until the next day to fix it but we were only staying one night! Zero customer service here.

Indian man at front desk was rude and disrespectful and tried to charge me $40 for checking in 30 min early before 3pm. Filthy lobby and smelled horrible!

Not the quality I expected for Best Western. Was a little run down, but the outside looked very nice.

We usually stay at this hotel everytime we go to San Antonio. We like the location and the hotel works for us. Its a simple budget friendly hotel and that works well in this economy.

Property is clean quiet

Friendly staff and great room layout for those traveling together but still want privacy

Très moyen, pas digne d'un BW. Vieillissant et notre chambre en rez de chaussée n'était pas propre. Vieille moquette et salle de bain pas propre.

My experience was terrible. The restroom was dirty only swept from previous clients that stayed there before, There was hairs on the floor. The bathtub was dirty, dirty. I have pictures I tried contacting the manager but they gave the the run around. Will never stay at a BW again

Adequate for one night.

The shower looked like it had not been cleaned for months. There appeared to have been a handle inside the shower that broke, leaving a broken metal and sharp edge that I cut myself on (hoping I don’t get hepatitis or tetanus). If that wasn’t enough, the iron inside scorched my husband’s expensive shirt, ruining it. The iron was at almost the lowest setting too. Went downstairs to talk to the manager, who was not at the desk, and was told she was in the restroom and would be back shortly. After waiting 10 minutes, she still had not come back and I had to get ready for the event I was attending in town. I was told by the staff that they would have her call up to the room upon return, but never received a call. Was not contacted the next day either. In fact, I’m still waiting for the manager to contact me. Will never stay here again. Checked out early because we could not stay one more night and most likely not be refunded for that last night we didn’t stay.

Good, week long stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing i would improve is the breakfast. It was definitely the worst Best Western breakfast we have had (and we stay at plenty of Best Westerns). The sausages looked like they had been sitting there for hours and were not longer warm. Most of the biscuits were rock hard, could not even get a knife through them and the gravy was goopy and salty. It was odd. Even the Texas shaped waffles which we ALWAYS look forward to were subpar. We had planned on eating breakfast each morning to save some money but ended up choosing to eat out due to our first morning experience. Other than that, our stay was great.
