Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel Downtown

Great place to stay if you’re going to a game, checking out the waterfront and going to Pike Place. Easy to walk to them all. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again

The only thing lacking in the gorgeous, well maintained hotel, is entry seating. Another few chairs would be advantageous for guests waiting for transportation. LOVED the hotel, staff and decor!!

We stayed for one night in early September. All staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and quiet inside. Breakfast was good with standard hotel breakfast items (cereal, juice, breakfast sandwiches, coffee etc.) and was a welcome service. The location is easily walkable to nearby restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Parking is for a fee and is a couple of blocks away, which is fine in this downtown environment. You can park out front for a few minutes to load / unload - we did not feel rushed while doing this. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Really solid customer service. The front desk gave me some good resources for exploring the area/Seattle. Also, they held my bags after I checked out while I explored the city before catching my flight.

Loved the hotel. The staff was great. Let us check in early and didn't charge extra. Its in a convenient location. Only problem is something the hotel cant control and thats the homeless problem in seattle.

Great location! Property was really close to the Pier by the water taxis, Pier 50? Staff was super nice by letting me check in early and even upgraded us from a queen bed to a king bed! We had a room close to the road though so I could hear traffic at night but I just popped my ear plugs in and slept soundly. The howl is older but kept up well and was clean. The bonus part was there was a free shuttle the hotel staff told me about when asking how to get to the space needle without a car. The shuttle started back up again this year from May to September and it ran often. One of the stops was right outside the hotel. One of the stops was the train station which was awesome because that’s how we got here from Portland. The train station is very close to Chinatown. The shuttle also took us to many spots along the pier. Light rail was easy to use. We took that to visit University of Washington.

It's a perfect location, and the hotel is charming and cozy. I could easily walk to the waterfront and some museums. There are several nice restaurants and coffee shops in the area as well. The staff are very nice and helpful. I loved the continental breakfast, which was included in the price.

Location

We were very disappointed given the price that we paid for a night. I like older hotels, but the room was truly tiny- no place to open our suitcases. Our room looked onto walls in one direction and an alley overflowing with trash in the other. We were told that none of the rooms had views. Maybe there was once a pleasant lobby, but no longer. This was apparently once a budget hotel- it should still be inexpensive.

No parking

Nice location, friendly and accommodating staff. Small room, hotel a bit outdated but clean and well located for Seattle visit.

When I was looking for a place to stay on Expedia I specified “free parking” as a requirement. There was no free parking at this hotel. I’m extremely disappointed that Expedia didn’t filter out this property because parking was a $30 extra charge on top of a fairly expensive room. Please correct your filters so that doesn’t happen again.

Excellent stay! Hotel was clean/quiet with secure parking option. Staff was professional and friendly. Very close to Link station with free shuttle stops in front of hotel. Would definitely stay again!
