Our stay was really good. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful as was all the staff. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. It appeared to have been recently updated and was very nice and clean.

Room was clean. Ceiling tiles over one pool were missing/falling down. Hot tub jets were weak. Went to the on-site restaurant for breakfast after scanning the QR code for the menu only to find that they were only serving a buffet breakfast which was the exact same Continental breakfast you get for free else where. I'm not paying $12 to make my own waffle. However, IHOP is not far away :)

Upon checking in we seen a huge mouse in the bathroom tub it was dead but was gross!! So they upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite which was very nice . In the kitchen areas and the swimming pool area there were ants I recorded them and I showed the front desk and told me the manager would get back to me . I still haven’t heard from them.

Not impressed with being next to the interstate with a sliding glass door where you can hear traffic noise all night long. Also the sink was dirty when we checked in like somebody left some toothpaste spit on it or something

Pretty okay place to stay . Definitely needs some TLC every once an awhile... the "water park" is definitely need of some help and even a little warm water. Very cold water and no towels and no way to let someone know they need more...

Travelocity booked the wrong night. The management couldn’t have been better helping get a room when needed. They are going to deal with Travelocity for me.
I recommend the Ramkota Inn.
