Very close to the airport. Free shuttle pick up and delivery to airport. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about Oahu things to do. Charlie’s Taxi is the best if you don’t have a car. The buffet breakfast is outstanding! Hot food and plenty of hot coffee. Ask for a room away from Nimitz boulevard. Very noisy traffic 24 hours a day. We moved all the way up to 10th floor. We could still hear traffic it not as bad as first floor. For the money and location you can’t beat the price. IHOP, McDonalds, Big Kahuna Pizza, and Starbucks all close and walking distance. We always enjoy our stays at Best Western all over the US. Get the Rewards card and you get points good for free nights and discounts.

Overall I like the convenience of the property and the friendly staff. But the room was booked with the idea of breakfast being included in the staff based on the information on the site. I included a picture. If there is a fee it should be stated. On the hotel.com site there was no package to choose for breakfast so it was believed the breakfast was free. This is the same advertisement on hotel.com when you book a room for Best Western.

When we first arrived, the staff seemed irritated that we asked if we could check in early. When they said no, we then asked if there was any way they could hold our luggage for us which also seemed like an inconvenience. The beds were small but comfortable. The strangest thing to me was the grab and go breakfast which consisted of a bottle of water and an apple, neither of which could be taken through security at the airport and both had to be thrown away. What a waste! The shuttle to and from the airport was really nice and being able to call and have the shuttle there to pick us up was a definite perk.

You may get a room without elevator access, this can be a pain if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Also, the water is really warm even on the coldest temperature setting.
Other downside if the AC unit was really old, wasn’t on when we got to the room and took forever to cool the room. Was time to check out by the time the room got cool.

The hotel is close to the airport and is clean. The pool is clean and open until 9pn.
I would have rated it higher, but they charged me $50 for an early check-in. The room was available, its not like that had to send cleaning service to it.
Also, although it's clean, its dated. It could use room makeovers, and bring in some light.

Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht geschlafen. Der Shuttlebus vom Flughafen ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir konnten am nächsten Tag das Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren lassen. Das Frühstück war inklusive. Die Qualität kann man nicht mit Deutschland vergleichen, aber man wird satt. Die Waffeln waren lecker. Den Pool haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Wir würden für eine Nacht wiederkommen.

We booked here to be close to the airport and that part was great. Double beds are small, should have gone with queen room. Shuttle was not reliable, ended up getting an uber.

I liked the property because it was convenient. It was close to a gas station and McDonald’s where we can just walk over. I didn’t like the restrooms in the hotel rooms. They were too small.

The fridge in the room was very smelly and maintenance had to come and switch the fridge out with a brand new one. You couldn't even open the door of the fridge because it smelt like sour milk. YUK!

Had a short overnight layover in Honolulu before catching flt to Japan. This is great choice for anyone needing to be near airport under same circumstances. Convenience of shuttle service to and from was great. We were lucky we made it in time before the shuttle service stopped at 1am.
The checkin agent at front desk was so kind and thoughtful to move our reservation room to one in tower versus the garden rooms since we had so much luggage and neede usage of elevator.
The complimentary breakfast was great and the dining facility was very nice. Looking out from our bedroom window we realized the hotel even had a nice pool area. Had we had more time, I'm sure we would have taken opportunity to take a swim. This hotel seems like a good choice for value even if not staying just for an overnight to be near HNL.

Very outdated property. This was the worst Best Western I had ever stayed, and it costed over $200 per night! The front desk lady had an attitude. The bed was so hard so that I couldn’t sleep much at night. The only good thing was the convenience airport shuttle. But all hotels offer shuttle services near airports around the world. It’s terrible because there were only two airport hotels and they were sister hotels, which means no competition so they can up charge you whatever they want but yet provide limited quality services with an extremely outdated property.
