The hotel was situated in a great space allowing for lots of diverse activities. We were able to enjoy the boardwalk, areas around the hotel for dining, and even the beach easily. Right outside of the hotel the beach was much quieter than it was further down, allowing for a peaceful experience even when we weren't in the building itself. While checking in we were informed that our room booked wasn't available as planned and were given a free upgrade, the room we were given was beyond expectations and we felt like it was the perfect stay.

When we arrived they could not find my reservation. Also There was poo all on the toilet when we arrived. We actually got clorox wipes and cleaned ourselves.. when I mentioned it to the front desk they said we'll let our housekeeping know

My only complaint is I was charged for rooms more than what was shown during the Expedia booking of two rooms. I think the whole point the new government regulation was to prevent a surprise billing and enforce transparency at the time of the booking. Per my booking, I was supposed to pay the property only 63.60 for my two rooms. But I was charged far more (78.64) about 23.7% more, which would be a breach of the contract or deception. I would not have expected such practices from this hotel.

1 BED MATTRESSES NOT COMFORTABLE
2 THERE IS A DOOR BETWEEN ROOMS WHICH MADE NOISE COMING VERY ANNOYING, YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TAKING, LAUGHING ETC. EVEN LATE AT NIGHT WHICH MADE SLEEP HARD

Initial room had an odor and mold all over the bathroom shower, was offered another room on same floor but declined and upgraded to renovated room for a fee. Satisfied with new room appearance but felt the upgrade should have been free since it was an inconvenience. NOBU experience was great.

There was a good amount of food options. And the quality of food was good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall Caesars has done a great job. Rooms are upgraded and clean. I took points away for the pool situation. Not a guest friendly system. Overall, a good stay and value. Would definitely recommend as well as return.
