Room and linens clean. In need of a lot of updating. The air conditioner didn’t work. Water pressure really low.

Three was absolutely nothing good about this hotel, I blame Expedia for offering this hotel. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. Not even the exit doors were locked, stayed unlocked 24/7.

The room assigned had black mode by the air conditioner and surrounding wall. The room was changed and again black mold and bugs in the draw. Asked to speak to the manager and front desk refused. My daughter left without staying. I expect Expedia to take this offer out of selections. Department of Health called and complaint sent to their corporate office

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The people at the front desk were very rude there was paint pieces chipping off the ceiling there was a large pile of trash or debris in the parking lot I was quoted 127.00 a night for 3 days and my total ended up being 479.00 plus 100.00 deposit with no explanation what the charges were and i recieved no receipt for my charges very dissatisfied will not stay there again

Bad staff.. dirty hallways. Dirty bedsheets. Door locks not working

When I arrived at the hotel there was a wedding and the music and guests were quite loud. The man working reception spoke quietly and was a bit prickly. There was a moment I couldn’t hear him and he got impatient. My room was on the first floor and very noisy late from the wedding, I believe. The room was quite antiquated (ie-an iron on the floor and no ironing board). Luckily I only had one night here. Only recommended for convenience.

This hotel was horrible. Where to start? It was 100 degrees out with 100% humidity and there was no AC in the lobby or the hallways. We couldn't even breathe. The walk to the room was over buckled carpeting (serious tripping hazard) and through a maze of boiling hot hallways with filthy windows and through many sets of difficult, improperly hinged doors. The room itself was dank and damp. The carpeting was so thin, it felt like no carpeting at all. The mini fridge was not a fridge, but a "cooler". Why?? The restaurant that was promised to be open for lunch just wasn't. For breakfast, the waiter yelled at my 92-year-old father because he didn't have cash, only his credit card. The room didn't feel safe because it was so far off the main part of the hotel. Don't stay here.

This place is run down. Needs to be updated. Large floor air conditioners are located around lobby. Table in front of where you check in. Not sure what that is about. The hallways are scary. Old wrinkled carpet in hotel. The room was clean and I was thankful. Front desk people were polite. At first I wasn’t sure it they worked there. Maybe they should wear hotel shirts or some type of professional clothing. But, they did check us in quickly. Coffee machine in room without cups and a customer was checking out and told front desk about that but employee didn’t seem to care. Parking lot needs to be fixed. Orange cones around I guess to protect you from falling in holes. Very sketchy hotel. Didn’t feel safe. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff wasn't that bad, but they refused to work with me.

The Facility was worn out, and when we checked into the room one bed was not made, and it appeared unclean. We left immediately and requested a refund and they told us at he desk we had to go through Hotels.com. Having found another hotel nearby thankfully, I called Hotels.com to get a refurn. The CSR said they had to call the hotel to see if they would grant a refund. When the CSR came back on the phone after speaking with the hotel directly, they told me that Clarion would not grant a refund for the night OR the second night we had booked,because the cancellation date had passed. Also they LIED and said there was nothing wrong with the room and it must have been us who had unmade the bed. This hotel is in disrepair and the facilities neglected. We should have taken photos but didn't think of it at the time. I would never stay at a Clarion again and will not use Hotels.com again to book since they have no influence on the refund process.l Very disappointing and I am out the cost of a 2 night stay, not to mention having to pay a premium to book another hotel as a walkup.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush, the phone in our room didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work, the lobby bathroom toilet didn’t flush and there was no soap, all of the doors to the outside are unlocked 24/7 (key card only needed for room). That said, the sheets were clean, the shower worked, there were 2 working locks on the door, there was coffee, but only 1 mug for 2 guests. I would stay for a night again only for $40/night if I was desperate.

It was the most horrific service I have ever had. The manager at the desk should be fired so compassion and empathy. He was rude not just to me but to other guests. Do not stay here

Avoid this place like the plague. The entire building is wide open due to no air conditioning in the entire hotel. Anyone could walk in and do god knows what? The room was missing things like coffee cups, and basic things you expect for 250 a night. This place is a dump. Once upon a time it was a nice place. Now it appears the current owners lost control of the business a long time ago. This place is on life support.
