Beautiful river view. Fabulous location near the falls. Walked to Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant for a wonderfully delicious Mexican dinner. The bed is comfortable and the price was right. We would happily stay here again.

We had a comfortable king bed with a fridge, microwave, and a good sized counter and desk. It seems to have been renovated not too long ago with luxury vinyl tile on the floors instead of carpet. The bathroom was large. The only thing we noticed that could be improved is keeping up on simple maintenance. My husband had to screw in all the the curtain pull rods after one fell off in his hand. He screwed it back in and then noticed that all of them were falling out. So he fixed them all.
The river walk is really close by and that is a beautiful place to go while in the area, so the location is great.

We needed to have at least one more washcloth. We only had one. The walls still need to be painted by the shower area and the sink area also. I put the telephone in the drawer. I find it interesting that you had a phone that did not even work and was not even hooked up. You had no instructions on how the microwave worked. After about 5 minutes I was able to get it to work this morning. Your property has great potential. We are thankful that we had room 240 overlooking the river and the LDS temple. Our sincere thanks. Good luck in the future.

Property was not kept up. It was not how Expedia portrayed it. Room renovations were shoddyat best(bad patchwork, towel racks not securely fastened, holes in furniture, bathroom door would not close all the way and would open on its own). Room was not cleaned properly and maid service never checked on supplies or came to room while we were there. We left a day early because we had enough of staying there. There seemed to be no quality control on maintenance or accountability for maid service. We were hoping to be re embursed.

Checked in for two nights on July 4-5. The hotel was booked solid. It appears when said hotel has a full house, you have NO HOT WATER. Both days we ended up taking cold showers after our adventures in Grand Teton National Park. The guy at the counter insisted that the first day was a fluke and it wouldn't happen a second time. That was a lie. We never had hot water in our room. Didn't give us any passcode for wifi and the breakfast was messy due to several guests trashing the place. Coffee was like water so decided to get my own somewhere else. For $150 a night this was NOT WORTH it AT ALL!

After traveling in the car for 5 hours we went to check in. It was 2:30 pm and the girl at the debig deal about how early check in is $25. So we waited in the parking lot and came back in at 3:00pm. Then she said rooms were not cleaned and they had issues...to wait for 10 minutes. Then she left and a man came in. I checked with him and he said wait 10 minutes. I asked if he would call us up and he said yes. But then while we and others were waiting, more people came in and he started checking them in before calling all the folks up that had been waiting. It took an hour until we finally got our room keys at 4pm. Then I asked what time the hot tub was open and he said it was broke down. So, I asked for a discount t and he would do nothing. I wouldn't go back.

The staff was very nice. The hot tube was not working. That was disappointing. The beds were clean but the floors were dirty. The bathroom door would not stay closed. The outside grounds are in need of a clean up. Dead Trees, weeds and garbage. Loved that is was by the green belt. The Idaho Falls green belt by the river is very beautiful.

Average hotel, decent price. All of the aspects of the property felt like they were short staffed. We had to wait 40 minutes to check in due to rooms being dirty, and everything was unorganized at the front desk. The path to the river walk had a lot of litter. On the positive side, the room was clean and quiet and the bed/pillows were amazing.

I have never been more disappointed about a stay in my life. No towels in pool area and none to give us during our entire stay. My husband took a shower and dried off with a folded towel only too discover it had poop on one whole side of the towel he used so he had to take another shower, and I felt like they had no care of my complaints and i feel i shortly at the very least get refunded for this stay.

Check in staff was nice but needed more training. Room floors were dirty and sticky. Looked like they were still in the process of a renovation and the trim around the floor was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not stay closed. Hot tub was out of order.
