Check in was easy and fast. Our first room was a non smoking room but smelled like Pot when we went in. I asked to be moved and we were right away. It’s a nice hotel however the carpets could be cleaned in the hallway. Plenty of room for us and the room had a microwave and refrigerator.

We really enjoyed that there was stuff for our son to do. There is an arcade and pool area. The location was very convenient, and the size of the room was great. Although the rooms were very outdated. Bathrooms need upgrading, some new paint. The Wi-Fi did not work. While we were there for 2 nights we had to go and have our key for the room fixed multiple times (kept locking us out). The floors in the hallway need cleaning.

One of the grossest hotels I've stayed at in a longtime. Went for the kids and there was a lot for them to do, but you have to get past the lack of cleanliness. From the pool area to the room, just yuck. Bed sheets seemed clean enough but smelled of strong cleaning supplies (like bleach), so at least we felt good about that. There are restaurants on-site (don't even have to leave the building), but they're not great. Good for kids, not so much for adults. Will try another hotel next time we're in town.

I truly cannot understand the reviews for this hotel being as good as they are. It was both dirty and old. The halls stank of mildew and the bathrooms in the room were unclean. There were cobwebs in our room and mold in the bathroom as well as a large piece of glass under the sink. What was desribed as family friendly had smoking areas all over the hotel and beer cans in the only outside trashcan. They had an ancient key maker that made those keys that you couldn't get close to electronic devices and when the keys died they didn't even verify my identify to redo the key. Absolutely wild. Once you got past the fairly nice lobby there were stains on the carpets everywhere. And the breakfast was inedible. Old fruit, dirty juice and coffee machines, eggs and sausage in a pan that wasn't changed out, and waffles that they didn't bother to clean up after. And it's next to this abandoned mini golf that was shut down years ago and is now overgrown and falling apart and not in a fun explore way... in more a this looks like a hazard way. It looks like they just left things there when they went bankrupt including a pool which now certainly is a cesspool. This was a really gross hotel. I cannot recommend it less.

Came in at night got into our room which smelled musty and there was blood drops all over the floor. Went to the front desk and they switched us to a room which was much cleaner and smelled clean.

Vraiment très propre et nous on bien accueilli puisque nous nous retrouvions sans endroit ou dormir suite a notre visite a la Quinta qui est soit dit en passant affreux . Ici nous avons la piscine avec jeux pour enfants et les arcades quel surprise . Un énorme merci pour votre accueil chaleureux

Waterpark is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Very limited hours. We booked for this exact reason and weren’t even able to use the pool at all. Terrible customer service from the front desk. No communication on this matter. Major attitude when I called to complain. Front desk worker actually hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I’ll be booking at another hotel next time I come to Plattsburgh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. property is also very dirty and the hotel layout feels completely unsafe and maze-like. In case of emergency I would not feel confident at all navigating through those halls.
