Disgusting dirty hotel. The hallways, elevators all dirty and smelled horrible. The room was horribly dirty and reeked of smoke. The tile floor was sticky and dirty, broken furniture, broken curtains, dead stink bugs. Asked for a change of room but was told none were available. I was offered a can of “Smoke smell remover”, basically a fogger you set off in the room to try and make it tolerable. It worked a little but it was still miserable smelling. Ended up not staying the night and leaving before midnight.

I visited Comfort Inn 5/3/25 to 5/4/25. We had to be moved to another room around 2:30am because the toilet overflowed. The attendant couldn't find a plugged. Prior to that I asked for some toilet paper. My bathroom didn't have any. The attendant searched high and low for some. He had to go to an empty room to get me some. The breakfast (Sausage and eggs) were burnt. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for me and my daughter that turned into a disaster.

This property is in terrible disrepair! Our room #201, at first glance looked ok, but when we closed the drapes they fell off the brackets and had HOLES in them! Pull out sofa had questionable looking sheets, NO PILLOWS OR BLANKET available. Towels were cheap and the tub had hole in it and looked disgusting. Toilet rocked, wallpaper peeling off above shower, slow drain in tub and floor looked dirty. Also no tp available. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Housekeeping questionable but maintenance terrible. We were very uncomfortable

Room rate was satisfactory! The door was misaligned so you had to push or slam to close. The toilet leaked somewhat which meant you needed to put a mat down. The bathroom faucet wasn’t stable. The door handle to the closet came off. It needed someone to tighten the screw down. We had no toilet paper for one night. We were given tissues to use. I was told by front desk and housekeepers that there was no toilet paper to be had.

Hotel had no toilet paper. I mean the WHOLE hotel. This was confirmed by housekeeping staff as well as front desk. I had to use napkins and paper towels from my car. Entryway light in my room was blown. Toilet was wiggling I thought for sure it was going to fall over while I was pooping.

Overall it wasn’t terrible. In our room the entryway light was blown. The whole establishment was out of toilet paper. I had to use tissues. Not terrible but annoying. The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t a toaster to toast a bagel. The eggs were bland. The new staff member that worked from 3pm until 11pm was fantastic. He was very helpful.

Not too bad, rooms were as to be expected. But i get tired of booking hotels with a pool, and then when j check in, im told it is out of service. There should be some type of discout or refund when this happens.

Peeling wallpaper and marks on walls. Stains on shower curtain. Toilet loose. Toilet paper roll almost empty, no extra roll. Towels thin and small. Pillows tiny. Ice bucket and cups on floor under TV. Couch stained.
Hallways, elevator REEKED of marijuana. Kids running around without adults, doors slamming.

We planned a quick over night stay on our trip down to Florida. Upon arrival the clientele appeared a little sketchy with lots of partiers…
We had planned for our kids to swim the following morning to burn some energy. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and the room was disgusting.
We had to share the king size bed because the pull out couch was covered in grime,
The headboard of the bed was covered in grime and hand prints. Stains on the floor and eye lash extensions in the shower.
The bathroom was in need of some repairs with broken cabinetry and a scribbled out Roku sticker.
There were only a couple of towels in the room and no extra linens even if we wanted to use the pull out bed.
We were so grossed out that we rushed to leave the following morning and didn’t want our kids to touch anything or put anything down on a soft surface…
We won’t be returning to a comfort inn anytime soon

The room was clean except for the bedbug that decided to join me.
I woke up with, what I thought was hives, and now I see the bite line. 3 in a row.
Now everything I have with me has to be cleaned before I talent home and my car cleaned out and sprayed.
No ironing board, but there was an iron!

We stayed here last year and loved it, but this hotel has gone downhill over the last year. While my room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were much less friendly this time around. Additionally, while sitting in the lobby, we witnessed an unconscious woman in the hallway be carried away and staff refused to provide any help to emergency services to figure out where she went to ensure her safety after her (hopefully) friends carried her away. Also while sitting in the lobby, water started streaming from the ceiling onto the tables. Paint is peeling all over, there are strange smells mixed in throughout, I asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and was told they ran out, smoke detectors were removed, and my shower became a bath when the stopper continuously fell down. Breakfast was passable although the only sweet employee that I encountered had to help me with the waffle maker since that's also broken. The price was great, but I paid a similar price last year for a much better experience.
