The ac didn’t work and the tv kept buffering… I called front desk multiple times and no answer. I had surgery so unfortunately I couldn’t walk too much.

The property was very clean and the amount of quiet that was around there was great!

This is an older hotel but it is very nice. The employees were wonderful. The front desk associate that worked the evening shift was so helpful and the elderly woman who worked the breakfast area was a delight. I visit College Station every few months and this trip was the first time I stayed at Comfort Suites. This will be my go to hotel in the future if there is availability.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The rooms weren’t as clean as expected, and the television didn’t work during my visit. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Great stay!

Quick check in and out. The hotel has a decent distance from the main street so pretty quite and safe. The room is very clean. Staffs are nice and friendly.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but there were just some sub-par things during our stay. The handle in our shower kept falling off. There were several spots on the floor that had large dips that surprised you as you walked over them. It just wasn’t the best experience. We won’t be staying here again.

1.Elevator has been broken 'for awhile' with no plans to have it repaired. This means the kitchen I paid for and the quieter room I requested were unavailable and I had to be rebooked into a room with fewer amenities directly behind the office. 2. Fitness center has broken machinery (the recumbent bike). Since I suffer from mild vertigo, I can't use treadmills for very long. No fitness center use for me. 3. Only two bedside drawers in the entire room? I stayed for 4 nights/5 days and had very few places to put clothes. 4. Breakfast bar: warm items were cold the two days I tried to eat. "Hot water' tasted like it had coffee residue in the carafe. 5. No ice machine on the first floor. I had to stay on the ground floor since there is no working elevator, and even though there is a sign pointing to Ice & Vending machines, there is no ice. I would have asked at the front desk, but there was no one there and the bell had been removed at that time. I will not be back.

Elevator was broken

The staff was very nice and accommodating. On the other hand, the elevator was out of service and had been for three months. We did not have a stopper for the bathtub and we had no ice bucket. Hotel really needs to be updated and the carpets need to be cleaned.

My guess is they are honoring existing reservations and then shutting this place down. The elevator doesn’t work and they said they will not be fixing it. The lobby smells like mold and there is mold on the bathroom ceiling. They were kind enough to give us a first floor room so we didn’t have to hike the stairs. It’s a good location so I imagine they will put something else there.

$350 for one night at a 2 star hotel. Plus elevator was broken had to go up three flight of stairs, was not offered any compensation off the room for the inconvenience. I showed up 30 mins before check in started, just to be told I had the last room avail which was of course most inconvenient placement from the staircase to top floor Room had bugs and trash from previous tenant in bathroom Walls are paper thin, had to hear neighbor room come home at 230/3am (after knocking on wrong room), and hear them spend 10 mins blowing up an air mattress Needless to say, unimpressed and disappointed no compensation for the elevator being broken m….after spending $350 for one night! They gladly sold out all the rooms tho

The elevator was not working! Not ADA compliant.

The elevator didn’t work, the door keys only worked part of the time and the remote didn’t have batteries.

No elevator. We were on the third floor. Elevator broken. Hot water inop. Not good.

The door to our room didn't lock from the outside so anyone could get in if we were not there to lock it from the inside. Multiple calls to the manager and of course she was never available.
