It was cool

The hall way leading up to the room had a smell the sheets had stains and holes on it. The bathroom was dirty I booked the room for a family of 4 and they only had 2 towels in here with no wash cloths, the ice maker area smell like vomit. The toilet seat had a stain on it. This was the worst experience ever, the pictures that they show was deceiving.

There was 3 roaches in our room, a dirty diaper under the bed, the shower walls were dirty and full of hair. Check out was at 11am , and at 10:30am someone knocked on our room door to kick us out .

We normally book Marriott or Hilton, but unfortunately, two-bedroom rooms are unavailable for a group of 3. This was an unplanned trip, and I booked this hotel for its location. I booked 2 nights to attend our aunt's funeral. We arrived late, though, after a long drive. When we opened the door towards the check-in counter, the hotel had a nasty smell. But since it was very late, we tried to ignore it, hoping our room would be clean. I don't mind an outdated room as long as it is safe and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor near the elevator. My husband checked the bathroom after spraying Lysol all over the room. A used soap and a towel were in the bathroom, which means the room was not cleaned at all. He got upset and wanted to move out and confront the hotel. I stopped him because it was very late, and we had a kid. We decided to stay for a night, but he could not sleep. Early in the morning, we checked out, attended the funeral, and checked into the other hotel for our remaining days in town. From the beginning, he did not like the hotel because he had a bad experience with cleanliness at a cheap hotel, but I insisted and told him not to generalize. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the bad part is that they do not refund the one night we did not use. I bought insurance on Expedia, but I don't know why I cannot have my refund. This is a lesson to me. I don't think this hotel is a good idea.

I dislike the breakfast choices, you guys need to have more breakfast choices than just waffles and cereal it would be great to have bacon sausage and eggs to go with the waffles and cereal

We had a few issues during our stay and it made it difficult to relax. The sink was leaking, the freezer in the fridge was frozen in a solid block of ice, there was no smoke detector, the room smelled of animal urine, there was used toiletries in the bathroom, there were cigarette burns in the comforter, one of the outlets did not work, and we had a very loud group of folks stand directly outside our door talking loudly and sometimes yelling at 12:30am. They were bumping against our wall and it made us feel kind of unsafe. They eventually walked away about an hour later but we could hear them still in their rooms. The sheets were clean though and the bed was comfy.

I would stay again!

Clean but needs to be treated for water damage

Amazing staff. Very friendly! Close to everything.

Paid for the jetted bathtub and did not work and asked for a little refund and they didnt or even try to fix it.

The sofa was stained, the bed sagging and filth in the bathroom

Room smelled like cigarettes, when it was supposed to be a no smoking room. Not clean whatsoever and no toiletries when I check in

They are mean when they approach to you, if you’re a foreigner and your culture and rules are different, they won’t explain you what’s right or wrong, they’ll blame you and is not on purpose. They need to open their minds to diff people and communicate in the proper way

It was fine, but a couple of details. First there was no soap to wash my hands in the bathroom

The bathroom was birty and shower curtain

Place was dirty with mold, roof leaks water, ac units falling out of the wall, as well as the curtains .. don’t recommend at all I am still awaiting my refund from Orbitz and thus hotel as I did not stay there after looking at two rooms !!! Elevator was flooded with water…..

Have had an issue previously and were cautious. Checkin was good, got to room and had no tp and remote did not turn tv on, but got tp from front and remote controlled everything else on tv. Pillows were a bit thin but slept ok.

Cable wasn't working very well and not the cleanest room, but mainly needs updated with some repairs to outlets since several didnt work to charge phone.

Toilet was not cleaned.

I have been coming here every other weekend for almost a year when I visit from out of town. I always book the smoking room. They changed management this week and switched to a smoke free facility. They didn’t call or notify anyone who booked a smoking room that they would not be getting a smoking room. And since it was last minute, I had no choice but to keep my booking.
