Was good could be better, very good staff they take care of everything in snap of the finger, they need expand their food and kitchen items and perhaps buffet breakfast some innovation perhaps,good location to get public transportation to downtown Seattle.Lynwood itself was awesome place clean safe nice people.

The food at the Bistro on the first floor was excellent. Compliments to chef Filo ( spelling might be off ) the French Toast was cooked to perfection. Room was clean - entire staff was very friendly. Thank you much. Doug & Lisa Forrest

Stayed for a weekend of ball for the Mariners. Light rail right there to take you to the stadium. Time and money saver.

Staff at the front desk were friendly, and checking in was easy. Location was great, close by the light rail station and restaurants. Other than that, the property is a dump! Same quality as motel 6. This property should not have the Marriott name on it. The room that I was staying in was very old and bathroom was dirty. I had to wipe some pink water stains off the shower walls (I always carry Clorox wipes when traveling), and sink. And the room reeked like cigarette smoke! I got in very late, was too tired to complain, and to ask for a different room. I only stayed for two days, and I will not be staying there again in the future.

The negative is The room is very outdated, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, and it looked very outdated, the bathroom tub looked old. The AC unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Personally, I could just stay there again

The property is very tired. Water pressure in the showers was weak, almost like a squirt gun at best. Toilet made sounds like it was in agony. Worse of all the smell of urine in the bathroom. This applied to both rooms which we used for three nights.

Great place to stay if you are looking to stay just outside downtown Seattle. Staying downtown can get quite expensive and this is an easy train ride away. The light rail station is right outside the hotel and the best way to get to and from downtown. Also parking is free which is an added bonus. Would recommend!
