You couldn't never get a hold the hotel manager

The job got canceled had to leave Saturday 7/19 had the rm till 7/24 tried getting a refund but wouldn't give one Expedia try contact them several time not good people

This stay was very bad. I have an emotional support service dog with papers, and i showed them the law where i am not suppose to be charged for a support dog and i have the paperwork to back it up. They also have a copy of the papers. We got to motel and the tv was broke, shower chair broke, bed broke. Did fix tv but still had partial line in it. Never fixed the bed, charged me for having my emotional support service dog with me, which they said that didnt count for a service dog, because she is an emotional support service dog, never did housekeeping the 4 days i was there. I requested for them to fix the bed after the first night and they didnt. The owner is the one that said i had to be charged. So I am very upset about this stay. I will not be staying here again!!!

The place is conveniently close to my job, relatively quiet but, the room floor seem to be somehow damaged and the towels they provide are white however, they look gray. I like the potential of the place but I prefer to pay more money for better service than to go back to this place. finally you get less than what you pay for.

elevator was a bit shakey and a weird smell throughout hotel but other than that it was ok

Smaller then we thought but it’s ok I feel like it can be a little cleaner

Smells terrible. Rooms are janky. Overall feels disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Missing breakfast options. Everything else was great. Great housekeeping services. Very clean

Room was humid, it smelled like mold, cigarette, all night you can hear people.

Definitely would not recommend staying here

Floors leak water they’re LVP, cell phones do not work inside the building, WiFi isn’t helpful. Breakfast is very slim.

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo y las dos anteriores el hotel estaba en mejores condiciones. Ahora está descuidado. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban manchadas, en la habitación la cafetera nunca funcionó y el microondas estaba desconectado de la corriente y el cable ni siquiera llegaba a la toma más cercana para poder conectarlo. No había secador de pelo ni plancha cono en todos los hoteles en la zona. En fin, no volveremos.

For the price we paid breakfast should be better than just cereal and waffles, elevator wouldn't work, has a stale smell, washer and dryer wouldn't work,
