This is hands-down our favorite hotel on the Bay Area. Just a little off the beaten path, quiet, serene, safe, you can’t beat the views of the yacht harbor, bay and city. Great fire tables and patio. I love the indoor pool and hot tub, the pool temperature is so comfortable, but it doesn’t feel hot and stuffy in there. The mattress was a little old and could use a new one, I feel some of the rooms are due for a remodel, but it definitely won’t stop me from coming again, definitely get a courtyard or marina view room.

Had to call and have the outlet in the bathroom fixed. It was loose and wasn’t working and also they were ants seen in the bathroom and over by the wall mirror. We stay there from August 1 to August 4 in room 1119.

Staff were very nice and location was lovely. Room was a bit outdated and cleaning could have been better. Carpet had a stain, dust covered phone and there were a few hairs in the shower. The hot tub/pool were nice amenities and there was a relaxing outdoor seating area.

The exterior is nice. Nearby Skates restaurant is very good, as well as the onsite restaurant. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was in need of renovation. It was very rundown. Patio was dirty.

It was in a really nice location, but the interior and exterior of the hotel was very out dated and old. Pool needs to be better maintained. Water had lot of other people's hair. The restaurant and food was very good.

walked into the 1st room carpet was wet and stinks. Called desk to upgrade, said a quick "ok done and come pickup key." Got there staff bounced to a manager, did not tell us the new staff screwed up, than charged a fee to switch us to a 2nd room. But charged again 3rd time said we moved 3 times to 3 different rooms! Physically impossible cuz I was standing at desk only twice, lol. Opened case 246177653 online, manager never got a hold or leave msg. Called the desk few days later for followup, manager never called back after that neither, the double upgrade charge was still not reversed. Not the professional level that I expect even at a regular Hilton. Disappointed in staff's people skills and lack of customer care at all levels.

The welcome at reception was like being an unwelcome nuisance, both in tone and the number of added charges presented as a fait accompli.
The bed I slept in felt like it had seen better days.

Wasn't given the room I requested or payed for. The parking fee is excessive considering the hotel is located in a very unpopulated area. The restaurant was excellent.
