Family reunion in North Carolina. Great customer service. The shower head was rusted and unappealing and the main elevator was down so the service elevator was only option and it was small and cramped.

We liked cleanliness of room. We did not like confusion with expedia with our room check in, pool under maintenance, only 1 elevator

Everything was wonderful the people were nice building was clean room was clean with a great view. We stayed on the 10th floor and could see fireworks in 4 different areas. The only down side was the main elevator being down and everyone having to use tie service elevator. The wait time was a litte extended at times but everyone understood. The steps were not an option. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

Front desk awesome!Hotel excellent,very clean and friendly.My only one complaint,the pool was under maintenance.My main purpose of the visit was the pool.No lie very safe place to stay!Oh and the cookies are free and hot and the best no joke.

The only problem we had was there was no switch to cut on the bathroom fan and the hallways were very warm. Staff was very nice.

This property was perfect for a short stay while my family was in town for a track meet. The pool was nice. Check in went smooth. Decent location, about 12 minutes from A&T

I am used to the Doubletree brand and the quality that the brand brings to their guests. Unfortunately, this particular Doubletree resort hotel wasn’t up to par. Nobody knew which ice machine was working. The one on our floor was not working the entire time we were there. The rugs, the elevator, the bathroom shower they all seem to have been remodeled a few years back, but they’re not well maintained, and therefore they are wearing out and getting stained and dirty way far too soon. The AC downstairs was not working in the lobby in the workout room. The elevators were just dirty and the tracks where the elevator door goes on, were filled with debris and just like nobody’s bothered to vacuum or even wipe down. The restaurant that is there is beyond what should even exist at a Doubletree hotel. We went to the lobby to ask them which Flor had a working ice machine. They could tell me they had no idea. The pool had some kind of suds or floating on the top. It was gross
