Room to small, claustrophobic. No ice bucket. Dirty glasses. Glass door to bathroom.

The wall is very thin, you can hear clearly what people next door are saying. Not much stuff around the area, need to walk 15min to the closest subway station and commerce area.

Hotel overall was great, just can get noisy at night because of the area

Nice hotel

Hotel is in an awful neighborhood. Limited food and shops. Have to walk through sketchy neighbors to get to the subway. Hotel itself was undesirable. Thin walls so you can hear everything. Especially the neighbors with the shared door to conjoin rooms. Constant car alarms and horns going off. Bathroom door is one of those sliding kind with a fogged glass window. You can hear, see and smell everything. One elevator was always no in use making it take forever to get up and down from your room. If you still choose to book here make sure your room is not near the elevators. They beep all night long. People also have zero self awareness while they wait for elevators and do not stay remotely quiet no matter the hour.

Good hotel at a great price

The ad said it had a microwave and it didn't, there was no minibar and the coffee maker was broken.

Would recommend

The major problem with this hotel is the lack of parking. It is located in a very busy/crowded neighborhood where parking is almost never available! We drove around for close to two hours to find a parking and even the valet was filled!! When we finally found parking, it was more than twenty minutes walking back to the hotel. We had to cut our stay at that hotel! When communicating with those working at the front desk they were not very helpful with suggestions on where to park. Although we lost money, our sanity is more important.

The room was so small. And there is no fridge. I bought the milk for my kids. But they can not even drink it on the second day. And the towel and bed sheet are so dirty. This was the worst hotel ever.

Parking problem

I booked a room to get a few hours of rest before my long flight, but unfortunately, the room faced the highway and was extremely noisy. I wasn’t able to sleep at all.

There was a party in the street and the music stopped at 2am cars are honking a lot. We hear everything that’s going on in our floor. No freezer in the room no wine cups

There was trash in the hallways, stains on the walls, our ceiling had a patch on the ceiling, getting off the elevators you would see trash and holes in the walls.

Quartier très compliqué, je ne connaissais pas la zone mais vraiment je reviendrais pas ici. L’hôtel est correct, mais trop de point négatif malheureusement, très très bruyant pourtant je ne suis pas trop exigeant, pas de gel douche, femme de ménage qui tape à 07h pour le ménage malgré la pancarte, je sais que c’est légal mais odeur de weed à tout notre étage…. quartier un peu compliqué autour de l’hôtel pour de ne pas dire presque dangereux 😅, pas de parking !!!! Alors qu’il était noté que on peu en prendre un à la réception… croyez moi j’ai garé la voiture loin au vue des alentours…. C’est la 5eme fois à NY et vraiment je ne reviendrais pas vers ici.
