Staff made us feel welcome and were very professional and friendly! The parking garage was close and convenient! Casino was so fun and safe environment. We will start staying here when we are in town.

This property was perfect for this particular trip. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. Everything needed was conveniently located in walking distance and all the available food options were excellent.

2e bezoek aan Dowtown Grand hotel. Locatie vlakbij Fremontstreet is prima. Helaas was hun restaurant nu gesloten. Ontbijt was wel mogelijk bij een kleine afhaal counter. Gelukkig een korting op eertste onbijt gekregen want het was zeer matig. Dag erna een ontbij/lunch room gevonden op loopafstand.Voor rest was het prima.

The music from across the street kept us up past 1:00 a.m. it was horrible. It was on the 2nd night there. The hotel is very nice & clean rooms, but we got terrible sleep n felt terrible all day.

We like the small casino at the Grand, so we thought we'd give the hotel portion a try as we'd heard good things. While it's not the Venetian or the Wynn, it was a very nice stay for the money. We would definitely stay again.

Always love staying here but this was the first time in July. The music at the pool never stops and makes it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs in. Aside from that, the place and staff is always great

Plan to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to your room if you’re staying in the Gallery Tower. I stayed 4 nights, and my room was only made up on 2. There are no refrigerators or bathtubs. After being at an event all day one day, I returned to my room to find that it hadn’t been cleaned, but the tv was on, even though I didn’t use the tv the whole time I was there. When I called to find out what happened, the front desk person offered no apology or explanation and just asked “well, do you want your room cleaned?” It is discouraging that, as far as I can tell, there is no recycling available on the premises.

Very clean room. No refrigerator in room. We got automatically locked out of room at 11 even though we had late check out at 1pm. Also We called front desk in morning to have room cleaned on 3 rd day (they do not clean daily) and never cleaned. We were desperate for dry towels!
