Great deal and super comfortable amenities. Really enjoyed a day at the pool, rented a cabana and the service and staff were awesome. Great location to everything, would definitely stay again!

Me and my spouse had an amazing time we was told not to go to downtown. Are you wanna be on a strip but little do they know that the strip that we were on is a historical strip it’s so convenient. No need to travel unless you want to do other things, but definitely grateful for first time experience traveling everything is there Your convenience stores Walgreens is 24 hours. You have your fat Tuesdays. It was just really convenient from the tap to the bottom of the strip it was just too convenient the hotel the staff everything was just amazing and this was our first time first trip doing anything together for over nine years. I recommend this hotel.

The only negative for us was the pool. It was cloudy and gross looking our entire stay. The water was t even cool and refreshing. A shade over the pool would probably help it a lot. Otherwise a GREAT place to stay.

I was originally in one tower but the base from a party across the street was vibrating soo strongly i could feel it on the bed. I just got off a long haul flight and needed to shower and sleep so I got moved to another tower, which was quiet. The room was not very clean. Stained carpet, a bottle cap left on the floor, black hairs on 1 of the pillows, stains on the walls and a stale smell coming from the bathroom (possibly the shower drain). The mattress was also lumpy and uncomfortable. I could have asked them to move me again, but by this point i was exhausted so just used Lysol wipes and spray on the things i needed to use and hoped for the best.

A standard hotel. Good for a night or two. Rooms clean. Lots of noise though. Had a room to the pool party. Could not change although i booked months ago. Not a hotel for business.

I reserved an ADA room in the Gallery Tower for (3) guests, only to arrive and be told that they did not have a room available that was either A) in the Gallery Tower or B) that was ADA. If I wanted a room in the Gallery Tower, I'd have to share one king bed with my brother and my sister who traveled with me... They offered a King Suite and a roll away bed or move us to the other, less new, tower with some food credit. We chose the two beds and food credit. Was surprised to find we had to rent a fridge for $20 per night but ONLY if they had not ran out of them first. The bed was uncomfortable and hot. We like to stay at Downtown Grand - but maybe, not anymore.

The parking was far and the parking elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs from the fourth floor and it was filthy.
The rooms were in a different building from the check in area, you have to go through an overpass bridge connecting to the next building which is such a hassle.
The room was clean though.

This property is in a great location. It's a very nice property.It's close to everything walkable. Rooms are nice. The only thing is, they don't all have a refrigerator which really does suck. Otherwise, rooms are clean and nice. Staff was great and helpful.

The carpet had stains, the ac vents were dusty, the shower made a loud noise. The guest in the room next to ours were arguing and I was awaken by their noise.
I had stayed here before but my room was in another tower …. The grand tower is old and unkempt.

Hotel Resort fee was not added in Expedia rate which made reservation higher compared to other competitors. Casino games did were not enjoyable as as soon as you enter cash it’s gone. Not many food options or good tasting.

The room was very good for the rate I paid. If you're looking for something clean, modern and close to amenities, this property is safe. The rooftop pool is also a vibe if you're not into the huge hotel parties. The party from Freemont street bumps the walls at night though.
