The front desk was awesome, there was a mixup with our room and they were able to upgrade us to make it right. The staff are all so nice and helpful. The room was amazing, everything was perfect the room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We slept better than at home. The bathroom had really nice amenities the shower water pressure was nice. We couldn’t hear the sounds of Fremont Street but was still close enough to walk. We were able to enjoy the pool also great service there. We felt safe to walk the area at night everything was close by. We would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

Excellent spot to stay if you are a fan of downtown Las Vegas and Fremont Street! Very walkable to many things. It is loud, but that is expected when you are a block from the Fremont experience. Roof top pool is great!! Overall loved it!

When we arrived to the desk, the first clerk was very rude. I paid for the Grand studio King. Upon arrival the room smelled like smoke. The Hotel 2nd clerk was very sweet and changed my room to the Gallery. Although it was a nice room it was way smaller than the one I purchased. T

We enjoyed our stay. The only liitle maintenance it needed. The shower head was leaking towards the ceiliing ma6be just rneeded to be tightened not sure. Overall it was pleasant.

A security guard accused my 17 year old daughter and her two friends of stealing a phone that was stolen at the Golden Nugget because “they fit the description”. She followed them from the bathroom to the elevator while we were parking the car and told them that they have surveillance footage that they’ll check and the police would be contact of need be. We never set foot in the Golden Nugget, and if she would have asked them to call an adult, I would have told her that; but she didn’t. She decided to speak to minors without a parent present. I spoke with the security manager who was rude, unapologetic and stood by the security guard’s behavior. I will absolutely NEVER stay here again and will tell family and friends to do the same. Extremely disappointing, they should do better.

We stayed here as an anniversary trip. Upon checking in we were told they didn’t have the room we had reserved and rather than being in a king, we were given a room with two queen beds. Jazzy at check-in was rude and dismissive, this turned out to be a trend with all of the staff. The room looked like it had been haphazardly cleaned, with hair all over the sheets, crumbs on the floor, and the TV didn’t work. There was no fridge in the room, it was extra to get one so we did not. The noise level from neighboring rooms and Fremont was horrible, we could hear the conversations going on in the room next to us.

There was a mistake on my first booking, at checkout. The young lady working the desk informed me that since I booked via Expedia (a third party vendor) I needed to contact Expedia … for something that was clearly an issue with the property. I went to a different agent, at the desk, and the entire situation was quickly resolved. Personally, I didn’t like being told that I wouldn’t be helped, because I booked via a third party vendor. What’s the point of having VIP status, if your vendors do not respect it?

I stayed here 3 years and recommend friends and family. Just a short walk to Fremont like steps honestly. And away from crowed loud music. Love the pool area and a great place to just chill after a night of having fun !! Also a quick snack hot dog and beers 3 bucks !!

Very clean and comfortable room! I love the red and the view was amazing. Steps to Fremont and plenty of food options. Parking is across the street, but the elevator was no working, so alot of walking to get back to car. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is you to pay. I need to rent a friedg. The shower doesn’t have cover. I need to request hair dryer. I need to pay breakfast. Doesn’t have more option to play in casino. The friedg that I was rented is realty old. It seems came from the garbage.
