This hotel sets the standard for all others. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The pool decks are well appointed and the ocean view is stunning. The beach is a bit rocky, which makes swimming a little tricky but not impossible.

I had a wonderful stay the resort and the service were fabulous. Unfortunately, I was not able to get into this phone because it was booked, but it looked amazing. I will book in advance next time.

Staff very friendly room and beds were to small for 2 adults and 2 teen boys sat by the pool for one full day not one staff member asked if i would like anything beach very dirty with seaweed other guests walking dogs peeing on beach not as enjoyable as previous two times we've stayed there

Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower.
The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great.

Hôtel ultra décevant. Service honteux et aucun respect des hôtes. La serveuse du petit déjeuner a essayé de nous faire payer le double et a été audieuse et agressive quand je lui ai fait remarquer son erreur. Nous avons récupérer notre voiture qui était garée dans le parking privé de l’hôtel avec un pneu crevé. Aucun retour de l’hôtel sur ces différents incidents qui sont pourtant très graves malgré leurs belles promesses lors de notre départ. Je n’ai jamais vu pire, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles et beaucoup trop cher pour un service aussi mediocre. La plage était sale egalement avec des boulettes de goudron partout qui vous colle aux pieds! Une catastrophe absolue. On peut faire des erreurs mais ignorer le mécontentement des clients est juste inacceptable.

BEAUTIFUL FIRST CLASS HOTEL. ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE LONG WALK FROM THE ELEVATOR TO THE FRONT OR EXIT. TOILETS WERE TOO LOW & NOT USER FRIENDLY TO OLDER PEOPLE.

Being in an ocean front room and it was really great! However, we were in room 533 and there was a guy getting phone calls all morning on Sunday at 7:00 from security or the front desk.

For $1200 a night I don't think I should be charged $40 a day for my car to sit in a parking lot also the hotel is old and mold in my bathroom I would not recommend

This is a beautiful, top-notch hotel with impeccable service from start to finish. We stayed on the club level, which was very nice. We enjoyed the poolside immensely, and the spa was also really lovely. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future

Chambre très bruyante malgré le prix des chambres. Petit déjeuner en plus. Pas de buffet mais à la carte (en été). Le personnel recherche le pourboire à chaque fois que vous respirez sinon ils vous servent mal ou ne vous servent pas. C’est le cas des transats sur la plage où le personnel n’est pas de l’hôtel et ne vous servent pas si vous ne leur versé pas de pourboire. Hôtel très mal situé et loin de tout. Des rochers dans la mer qui empêchent la baignade et des « petits » REQUINS qui ne rassurent pas.
L’hôtel ne donne pas la chambre réservée. Il donne une catégorie inférieure. La chambre avec terrasse « lanai » se transforme en chambre simple avec petit balcon.
Le spa n’est pas compris dans la chambre, il faut payer en plus (hors de prix) et n’en vaut pas la peine. Du coup, le nombre de restaurant mentionné est Inexact. Mieux vaut un hôtel à Palm beach, le service et respect du client sera meilleur.
