I love Embassy Suites always clean Customer Service was amazing it was my birthday weekend and I felt so special

We were just there for one night when we flew into PDX, but we had a WONDERFUL stay! The breakfast buffet was excellent (we especially loved the omelet bar). Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The property is old, tired and in need of refreshing. We were here two nights, the first as individuals the second as guests of the American Cruise Line. So two different entities occupied the same room on consecutive nights, yet the room was not cleaned on resupplied in between. Also we were NOT given any indication it would not be made ready. Upon arriving for the second nights stay we found the room in poor condition and made four trips to the desk to take of the following:

Would have been nice to know the pool was under construction. They should really list that on these booking sites. Check in was a bit odd as the counter person gave me no info on anything. Wasn’t the best experience for such a nice hotel. $25 to park and if you have a second vehicle it’s another $45.

When we got there, they were unable to find my reservation, which I had booked 3 months prior. There were no other vacancies, so this was a big scare! Turned out to be something Orbitz forgot to do on their end, and luckily the hotel had held a room back, and they got us in. Great hotel, and we love staying there!

The property is close to the airport, with shuttles regularly running back and forth. That is so convenient. Breakfast is great, with many options. The staff were super helpful and friendly! The woman at the front desk when we checked in and out, and in between, remembered our name and was cheerful. The gentleman who made the omelets was also friendly and efficient - and the omelets tasted great! The woman who drove us in the shuttle to the airport was also very helpful - we came downstairs a few minutes early and she said she could run us over to the airport right away. We were able to get a cup of coffee at the airport since we had a few extra minutes! Thanks to all!

Stayed here to be close to the airport. The rooms are renovated and comfortable. Our beds were only full sized, not queens, I might have missed that in the description but important to know if coming with a family. The breakfast in the morning is way nicer than a typical hotel breakfast. Yogurt station with cut up melon. An omelette station, cereal, oatmeal and different breads.

My sister and I stayed 2 nights because we had an event near the airport. I needed to call in advance for directions (gps wasn’t working and it was raining) and I was hung up on 3 times after they picked up. When we got there a cruise group had taken over the lobby and restaurant. The next day there was a Pokémon convention and it was impossible to walk through the lobby most of the day. I chose the wrong hotel for what we needed—the Sheraton would have been the wiser choice. The hotel itself was in very good condition but it is a convention/event hotel.
