Great hotel for the price. Room is large but not decorated or anything fancy, but gets the job done and staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again for location and ease of check in, friendly staff and comfortable / clean room

The staff is very friendly and helpful with any Questions. It was a Labor Day weekend and got lucky with parking for Sunday and Monday free for street parking was a plus.

Destaque para equipe da recepção, muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prontos para ajudar. Ótima localização, no Distrito Financeiro, próximo de estações de metrô e também de atrações turísticas em uma curta caminhada. A fachada do hotel está em reforma, com andaimes. O hotel é antigo e seria interessante uma modernização dos quartos, mas ainda assim são confortáveis. Nos deram um upgrade para uma suíte muito espaçosa, algo raro em Nova York. Boa cama, microondas e frigobar no quarto, banheiro grande. Achei o hotel uma opção com bom custo-benefício para uma cidade cara como Nova York.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was great. I ended up showing up to the hotel late into the evening around 10:30, and they had the room ready. The room was clean and centrally located. Near the 2 Train which is what I took mostly to get uptown. If you wanted to after checkout, they will store your luggage. It’s a short walk to the water. The only things were pretty minor gripes that the outlets were not next to the beds and its older appliances/AC, but all working perfectly fine. It is the perfect stay in FiDi.

Very well located in the Financial District and close to all the major attractions.
The hotel is dated but the employees are great and treat you like kings and queens!
If you’re looking just to have a place to sleep while enjoying the city I truly recommend it for the price, location and service
