The facilities are beautiful. The lobby is decorated very modern and clean and the rooms are also beautiful and new. It is really nice to have an area to congregate for family and the availability for drinks and food to be added at the same time. The staff was very friendly and warm. The pool was great.
From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this was going to be a great experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests.
The room was spotless, stylish, and felt brand new. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in (hotel or not), and the little touches like soft lighting, plenty of outlets, and a great shower made it feel like home.
The location was perfect for exploring Austin, with great dining and entertainment options nearby. I also loved the hotel’s modern vibe. The lobby and bar area had a fun, relaxed energy that made it a great spot to hang out in the evenings.
But what really stood out was the service. Friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. It felt like they went the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect.
If you’re coming to Austin, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Cambria. I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be coming back
Hotel lobby smelled amazing as you walked in! Only one elevator was working which wasn’t too terrible for us since we were on the second floor and utilized the stairs most of the stay. Received an automated text within 10 minutes of getting to our room and it said to text with any questions, which I did but never got a text back. Not really an issue but I didn’t see the purpose of the message if there wasn’t going to be a response. Rooms are beautifully decorated and modern. Beds were so comfortable we had trouble getting up from our naps! The shower was a relaxing spa-esque experience and overall water pressure was phenomenal. Honestly the best surprise was the Bluetooth speaker that’s part of the mirror! 10/10 will stay again since we love shopping at the domain area when visiting Austin! If you’re planning to be in the main area, it probably isn’t the most ideal location since everything is a good 20 minutes away.
