EVEN Hotel OMAHA DOWNTOWN - OLD MARKET by IHG

I booked this hotel because they told me that they provide 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. However, when I check in, they said their shuttle service will start from 6 AM. My flight departures at 5AM. If I knew this, I will book another hotel close to airport. They misinformed me. I need refund! Many things are not working in the hotel, from lights to elevator. Really cheap hotel.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming. I had to take off points for no coffee machine in room. No hair dryer. Unable to open the blinds. Strange hotel!

Very good experience

We got there at 2:40 and told we couldn’t check in til 3. But then a group who looked like they were flight attendants came and were checked in with no problem. Our room smelled of body odor and to top it off I paid for breakfast vouchers and told I need to order at the window for those and I have been standing at the window for 30 mins after they opened and nothing!!!I have been completely ignored. I rang the service bell and the person in the back knew I was here. Because she came out and got food from the oven and continued on doing her thing and completely ignored me more. I said something to the manager 2 times and she didn’t even do anything to get someone to help me and gave me very empty insincere apologies. I stayed at the indigo 2 other times and will continue to stay there. I will be coming into town a lot as my daughter goes to creighton. I will not be back.

This was my first time staying here, and I would definitely do it again!!! Room was ginormous and staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I called to schedule a shuttle ride from the airport to hotel the day before. When I arrived at airport I waited for 30 minutes and no shuttle. I called hotel and they said they didnt have me down for shuttle ( well I definetely didnt make up calling and scheduling) also I had to ask multiple times to get shuttle back to airport. All that being said, the staff were so friendly and the drivers were all amazing. Its not a far walk to downtown Omaha. For the price it worked.

Room was very nice and clean. Convenient location to Old Market and enjoyed walking to some destinations. Most of the staff were helpful and polite. Food was generally good. One thing that was missed was a small microwave in the room, though not essential. Overall a good stay.

The rooms were big and roomy, but not super clean. Love the workout equipment and videos in the rooms. Didn’t love paying for parking or that the elevators and ice/water machine were broken.

Have stayed 4 times in last year and probably won’t be back. Elevators not working, friends having issues with rooms, food expensive and not good. Location is also not great. Just disappointed this time

Keys did not work,only 1 tint trashcan in room, shortage of coffee supplies but Mika and the bartender were helpful and nice

Overall we had a decent stay. We did have some issues with our room. The blinds were broken, the TV didn’t work and the WIFI had a very poor signal causing it to go out every few minutes. Not sure we would stay here again.

Waited over an hour for advertised free airport shuttle. Was informed that airline crew gets first dibs on a ride so had to wait. They got preferential treatment. Was told I need to schedule my ride to airport between airline crew getting their ride first. I have a flight as well. My flight is just as important. Why advertise free shuttle when it takes an hour to get a ride. Not going to miss my flight if I cant count on the free airport shuttle advertised. I ordered Lyft and now have an extra unexpected expense. I wont be back or ever recommend Even Hotels. They cant deliver what I paid for. Shame on them!

Very close to many restaurants. Very clean and staff were nice.

We had a great time! Food was great along with great drinks and the bartender was very friendly.

Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to old market district and downtown

Self parking is offered which is nice for a downtown pro

Staff was really nice, had a room for us that was available for early check-in! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I enjoyed my stay. Made sure to keep the room cleanly and still never received my deposit back for two rooms and it’s been 5 days.
