even though this area has everything you can think of, the Home refrigeration , full top stove , and the full kitchen in the room is what makes this property home outside of home …. Perfect for me since I’m managing diet ( !! receptionist desk closes but for convenience this property keeps a person on duty to 24/7 for guest even with doors locked

Claimed they didn’t have a room at first even though we had a reservation. The room smelt like cigarettes so bad. There was no trash can in the room and there was someone else’s hair in the floor of the bathroom.

No amenities, only a bar of soap. Shabby condition of room, only a very squeaky office chair for sitting at table, the other person must sit on the bed or eat standing. No cutlery, mugs, etc only 2 very small very thin plastic cups. Only one side of bed has a reading lamp. Not what I was expecting.

This wouldn't be a choice if I had known what i know now! No towels no nothing that is expected with a normal stay. 1st room wasnt safe the door didnt lock. Then the 2nd room i got not a clean towel to save my life wouldn't recommend.

This was the worse stay I have ever experienced. I will be calling to report all of the issues I encountered because it’s too much to type in this small space. Although I will say the lady at the front desk was very friendly and very apologetic for all of the issues this hotel has.

Not worth the money. Broken and missing furniture. No amenities, key card system requires me to rekey the card everytime i left my room. I was very disappointed. I used to love extended stay but it definitely is not what it used to be.

not what i expected the elevator was broken. no chair for desk area. sheets appeared dirty so i as for a fresh set.
had to pay 100 deposit. could not extend because i booked through 3rd party but all other hotels allow me to make new reservation and ad it to room im already in. i give it a few stars because check in was excellent the tall slim guy went above and beyond to make sure i could get a 1st floor room due to knee injury the place was quiet so i loved that
