Two rooms smelled like smoking lounges even

only stayed one night. everything was good

The hotel is a good deal for the price. Its an older building but surprisingly well maintained. The hotel management has rules for extended stay that appear to work well. I wish that I had stayed here at the beginning of my business trip, would have saved money.

Excellent for price

Property and rooms were clean. Good luggage carts. Lillian and Amanda, at the front desk, were friendly, helpful and professional. Beds are comfortable. Linens clean and soft. Hot water maintained at temperature, and did not fluctuate.

Place was clean nothing special, breakfast was coffee. The odd numbered rooms face the freeway and the second floor is even with the road. If you like loud traffic all night long this is the place to stay. Not for me

The easy acess to pretty much the wgole tri-state area. The staff are very nice and professional. Interior renovations would help tremendously, and a pool would be very nice.

Overall the place is what you can expect for the price. All of the common areas need a good wiping off or paint touchup. Maybe even run the vacuum. The place just looks unkept. The check in process was OK except for listening to the clerk talk with another another long term guest who had his CAT on a leash with him and was hanging around the check in area. We are not all animal lovers but I kept my feelings to myself. Getting off the elevator we were overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana in the hall. To each his own, but wow - what a sickening smell. The room was nice, bed was a little on the hard side. The traffic noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep. When we were leaving the next day, we decided to skip using the luggage cart because of the amount of pet hair all over it. I didn't want that stuck to my bags. The place is average at best and could use a good refresh

They used too much scent cleaner in hallway. Very strong.

This is a very nice hotel ! Room had a full size fridge and little stove. My chair reclined ! It was roomy ! Hot shower ! Clean & reasonable price. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Not much for breakfast. Oatmeal & coffee but for the in room kitchenette and nearby restaurants, no biggie. We had a nice dinner at Ford's Garage a half mile away.

I left after 2 nights of a 2 week stay. Just call the Hampton inn and ask if they’ll match the price. They did it for me and I’ve been much happier.

Not a good breakfast. Hard to get the internet to work at first.

No breakfast, only coffee & packets of “oats”

First the phone did not work, usually not an issue except when you need to reach the front desk. There was no remote for the tv, I had to walk to the front desk to get one, the lady gave me the best of the three and the batteries died after five minutes of use. The bed slept worse than the air mattress I use for camping. The worst part was the heat. Set on 69 it ran constantly and turned the room into an oven, and if I turned it down to 68 the it only blew out cold air and no heat at all. This was Extended Stay’s last chance with me and they blew it. I will no longer stay at any of their locations.
