David at the front desk was pretty dope and I checked in having a BAAAAAD day with so much going on. Great customer service goes a long way. Room was neat and clean and the accommodations were spot on in a pinch. Great price point for sure.

Toilets didn’t work. No hot water. No pool operational. No wifi and the roof was leaking No bfast. And it smelled really bad. Very unhygienic and unsafe. Horrible experience do not go!!!

I found blood on my sheets and a roach in my room. I have a video of both. At check in there was no one attending the front desk. When attempting to resolve the issue with the roaches, the manager couldn’t be find for two hours.

The first night we were there the lights went out around 6ish . The lights came back on around 3ish that morning. So we were super Hot until then. Bugs came out in the kitchen area once they sensed the lights were out😡 The elevator smelled like raid Everybody! Nobody could access the pool because something had to be done to it on Monday 😤 and we left that Sunday evening.
The pillows were flat,sheets were stained,It was just pitiful. Its just somewhere to lay your head. The staff was really friendly though. So i didn't take it out on them

When I arrived at the property I was unable to get into the lobby. Check in was quick. The room was ok but I noticed on the second night there was a roach in the bathroom and in the kitchen area.
