Everything was great except for the options for a quick breakfast. We went to the center area where the Starbucks is and they were out of breakfast food every single day. It was not convenient and very annoying. It was graduation weekend so I would hope they would’ve been prepared to have lots of people coming through to be out of any breakfast items options was very disappointing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and very impressed with how clean the rooms were and convenience of everything. Definitely kid friendly and had an overall great experience. Would definitely stay there again

This my my second graduation at the KFC Yum Center in 7 years. Each time has been the best experience and looking forward too the next time.

Super clean and spaceous room.
Not enough staff to support a busy hotel. No sheets in the room for the pull out sofa. It took 4 conversations and over an hour to get the sheets we needed. We kept getting the excuse that the hotel was at 80 percent capacity and they didn't have the staff to handle it.

Liked the convenience of the area to food and entertainment. Did not like the fact that you had to pay to park on top of room stay, I do understand that it is in a downtown area but people staying should be given a pass for parking.

West Tower view of Ohio river was best thing about the Galt. No complimentary coffee, tea, water or juices. Water pressure on just the 9th floor was horrible. A/C groaned all night. One chair in room. Unless you spoke to staff they didn’t speak to you. For the nightly rate plus 90$ parking for three days……I don’t recommend at all. Will definitely find some where else next year.

Great location and very walkable area to many downtown Louisville attractions. Room was spacious but decor is a little dated and it feels very like a convention hotel. Lobby area feels like a retail space and not a hotel reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and all the dining options were great. The ease of getting to every sight seeing place was convenient, as the places were walkable distance from the hotel. The rooms had excellent view. The stay was very comfortable.

Our Galt House stay was wonderful! We had a room on the 18th floor overlooking the river and we enjoyed seeing the barges cross the river and also the train in the distance. It was awesome! The room was quiet and clean and convenient to the Mohammed Ali museum, coffee shop, etc.
