Room fixtures were below average. The desk chair was very low grade (metal frame with a cloth seat, non-adjustable) and I was there for work in the area (not entertainment), so that mattered to me. Tony Roma's service was very poor as numerous employees completely ignored me while they walked by and/or clearly saw me standing at the host/hostess counter for what seemed like well over 10-15 minutes. Their customer service was simply bad--really bad. I wouldn't say my stay was a horrible experience, but it was definitely disappointing. Sorry, I'm just providing an honest assessment from my perspective.

I liked the service as well as the water park and all the things within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but everything was a little worn down, a little broken. Many of the machines in the arcade didn’t work. The elevator button did not light up. Lots of chipped paint. The management needs to invest in a refurbishment.

Ac was great Beds were comfy It didnt seem entirely clean We saw spider webs and dirty areas Carpet seemed clean but there were areas that just seemed like an obvious miss Waterpark area was nice for an average day or 2 stay Arcade not great half the games didnt work maybe total 25 games

Our NON smoking room smells very smoky. Huge water leak in the shower. Shower faucet drips. Sink handle has a leak. Bed hard as a rock.

Great location on the river and having the Mississippi River Museum and a nice wine bar within walking distance. Everything about the hotel and water park is getting dated and worn out. The on-site restaurant has average food at best. Regardless, the kids don't notice these things and enjoyed the trip.

Staff wasn’t prepared for large crowds at breakfast

We liked the access to the downtown and the outside was attractive. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin and it was noisy all night. We had to address our neighbors at 3:30 am because of the loud talking, playing and tv. There were at least four kids that I saw in the room, and two "adults" who didn't have any concept of hotel etiquette. The surfaces in the room were clean, but not the look (yellowing, peeling wallpaper, and mold in the washroom; with a drippy sink and shower). We stayed here two years ago and liked it, but we both felt that it had gone significantly downhill from our previous stay. Sadly (because we like the location), we will not be back.

Great room facing river from 6th floor Very nice helpful staff. The check-in area is not a good representation of the hotel. It needs a remodel - it’s dark. I understand the “ship” theme but it isn’t appealing.

Housekeeping was below average. Our room had a used coffee pod, pull out bed was not made and springs were poking through the mattress. The head of housekeeping told the front desk the mattress had been switched out and it had not been switched out. The housekeeper was over heard telling staff that they would switch it out tomorrow.The Resort was full and had only 1 elevator working but guests were allowed to use service elevator. The hair dryer in the room did not work. Family members staying in a sweet had a jacuzzi tub that had an out of order sign posted. That was basically our stay, everything was out of service. I will not be returning or staying at any of their facilities in the future.

So when we first checked in, i asked for ajoining rooms . The attendant assured me that these were ajoing rooms. We went across the street to the casino for a little while. When we came back and got to the room, the room was not ajoining and the rooms they could put us in was all the way on the other side of the hotel away from my family. Once we got in the rooms, the room was dirty it had bugs in it and dirty stuff all on the walls .They tried switching the rooms and checked three more and they were dirty as well. One room they checked actually had a bug crawling on the bed so it was next.The fourth one was a little better but not as clean as it should have been.All of the ice makers were broke. They had 2 elevators and one was broke the whole time . The other room i had. Had really nasty stuff on the walls right by the door that I didn't see when I first came in. The desk was really sticky like it had not been cleaned properly. We tried to make the best of it because it was my moms 80th birthday.They things that we did like was when we complained,the staff acomadated us with a free meal and lazer maze tickets. The next day they sent someone to make sure we had what we needed however when that staff member when in one of my family members room , he was knocking on the door really hard like he was the police and when my granddaughter open the door he pushe passed her and just rushed in the room yelling and so it really upsetted my girls which made the feel unsafe. T

We’ve stayed here twice and love the water park! It’s great for families! The waterslide wasn’t open during our stay this time, however we had fun doing other things.

The staff was very nice! Tony Roma’s was not as nice, they refused to seat us because we had kids and the meal deal for them and told us take out only and to use the community area around the corner to eat even though we were ordering food on top of the family meal deal. They then took forever and ignored us when we were right at the counter. The grand water park was fun and the hotel was clean with lots of activities. The breakfast wasn’t kid friendly

We have stayed here several times in the past. The rooms need upgrading. The phone was completely dead, the bathroom door squeaked loudly (think during the night), and the tub/shower had no safety bars but ironically, an emergency cord to pull if you fell. The continental breakfast was lousy and after the first night we never returned.

I had to ask that we get clean sheets on our bed . There as hair and other stuff on the sheets and the he bed spread was just pulled up over the sheets
