Saya sangat senang menginap di hotel ini Keseluruhan bersih lobby,lorong kamar dan kamar semuanya bersih Walaupun kamarnya sempit tapi suasananya nyaman Di belakang hotel banyak tempat makan Ada apotik dan store Bus stop pas di depan hotel Staff sangat ramah dan sangat membantu

Hotel is pretty average. It’s great for solo travelers but I would reconsider if you are traveling with family. It has free parking; but if you stay out late they will all be taken up.

Room was tinier than expected, but very clean, along with the rest of the building. Plenty of parking spaces there seem to be shops around, but not quite sure what they are, dining or what. A short drive to other popular bites, shops, and airport tho. Fair deal

hotel staff very accomodating transportation was excellent

Nice property in a good area. Easy walk to get food and transportation. Bus stop is directly in front of hotel takes you right to the train station. One train takes you directly to Times Square.

It was an okay experience. The room and location was great for whatever needed. But the room I request was non-smoking but the room freaked heavily of Cigarette smoke, the whole time. The staff was good and the room was clean

Worst experience. First at 12 at night, they said cant find my reservation, it was dirty sheets, Dirty washroom like someone just used it. Too much noise around the area. Even expedia was bad considering i booked with expedia. I demanded full refund considering the trouble i had to go through, which was clearly ignored. No help from Expedia. I suggest dont use this place. There are better place cheaper much better service.i would give 0 review if i had an choice.

Safe environment and excellent front desk staff

The room was very small and not the cleanest. A lot of dust on the floor around the bed and in the air conditioning vents or filled with dust. They could do a better job cleaning plus they were mattresses being stored in the parking lot that looked very unclean. Otherwise it’s OK if you’re just staying for one night.

Convenient location, but the upkeep of the property needs a lot of attention. The room was dirty (dust and food grease), and the window shutters/blinds need fixing. This is our 4th time since 2020 - things have gone downhill. The Management needs to work on this.

The staff was super professional and very helpful the house keepers. Took good care of fresh towels and filled my occasional requests

Had a horrible experience. First we got into the room it was very warm and the AC wouldn’t turn on. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. Then one of the locks on the door was ripped off. The TV and WiFi didn’t work. At 7am music was blaring the beds were not comfortable and no pressure on the shower not to mention the tile pinched your feet

Very kind staff

This was my birthday weekend and I was alone and staying April 4th - 7th. I left a day early because I felt unsafe. It was 10 o’clock AT NIGHT and I had just gotten out of the shower. 2 men opened my door WITHOUT KNOCKING but luckily I always keep the second latch locked. When they kept trying to get in and when I yelled at them they said they were trying to do “housekeeping”. I had to SAY go away for them to ACTUALLY go away! Not a minute later the front desk girl called the phone hooked to the room. I told her that it wasn’t okay and that they DIDNT knock. Her reply? “Yeah… sorry”. I immediately left and went to the airport! I called Expedia to see if I can get a refund for that 1 night because I didn’t stay and felt very unsafe. Expedia called the front desk girl and she said no. If you’re a girl solo traveler please don’t pick this hotel, not safe! Oh yeah before I left I didn’t receive an apology from the “housekeepers” and when I asked for the corporate number she didn’t know and just gave me a flimsy card with the hotel number on it.

It's a very economical hotel. Clean, quiet, quick check in. Just some suggestion : 1. Need clean bathroom shower nozzle, it's

overall good helpful staff highly recomnd 😊
