This hotel was good, the staff made the stay better. The only problem was the elevator door would not open properly. We had to help the door so it could open. We were on the second floor so we just used the stairs

The property had a smoke alarm going off at 11pm at night waking us up! Also the power went out which denied entry into the pool areas the next day. This hotel has some maintenance issues!

We checked in but never stayed. I booked the room for my staff who came in town to work an event. I feel that it is a very unsafe neighborhood, especially for two women alone. They chose to stay at my house and sleep on an inflatable mattress, rather than stay at this hotel. The check in person was very nice and assured us that it was safe, that there were cameras around the property and at night you needed your room key to get in. Regardless of that, we still chose for them not to stay. We lost our payment, of course, but the safety of my staff is more important.

No indicaron que cuando uno requiere servicio de limpieza del cuarto se tiene que avisar, por lo que todo el día se quedó sucio el cuarto, los desayunos lo mismo, maja calidad, muy limitados, y una recepcionista con mala actitud, no recomiendo este hotel

Elevator was working sporadically. No ice machine on the 4th floor. Pool furniture was cheap plastic and uncomfortable. Could have been cleaner. Would not stay again.

Great location. Room huge but smelled like smoke. Also the elevator down amd we on 3rd floor. Wasnt fun to pull the luggage's up. Water pressure was amaze balls. Id stay again though.

Not at all happy with this property. It was so dirty in the room. Towels had yellow spots on them and the sheets were also dirty. We had a 3 day reservation but left after the first night. We got in very late so we had to sleep there. Checked out early. Went through Travelocity so we contacted them about getting a refund for the additional 2 days. Hotel would was contacted several times and did NOT grant me a refund. Very disappointed considering they were able to rent out my room to another customer and could recoup the cost. Will never stay with them again.
