The property is fine, the rooms are a little old. However, the convenience of the shuttle is worth its weight in gold. The staff is OUSTANDING!! They are kind, helpful and willing to help take you or pick you up at the hospital at any time.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you had to go to the hospital every day.

Perfect location: easy freeway access and lots of dining options nearby. Wonderful staff: friendly and welcoming. Quiet room: good bed, clean bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. Overall a perfect stay.

I enjoyed the stay. It was very close to my appointment location. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly & efficient. My only issue was that the hotel seemed dated. Especially the bathroom.

The staff has always been nice when I’ve stayed here. The hotel building itself is clean but it definitely needs some updating. My room was clean but the metal door and metal area around the door was starting to rust, and the wallpaper is hallways was coming apart. I would definitely stay here again if I had someone in the hospital because it’s close to several of them.

Supposedly ran out of king beds, even though the reservation was made and paid, 2 weeks prior to arrival. No mention of being reassigned to double beds when I checked in. Called the front desk as soon as I got to the room and realized, it was the incorrect room assignment. They were totally full and had no other king beds. So even if you reserve something and prepay 2 weeks in advance, dont expect to get what yoy chose.

Upon entering the room a very strong odor of disinfectant. The beds had a plastic layer between the bed and sheets. Pillows were lumpy. Shower head is very low, requiring to bend down just to get hair wet. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. The worst night of sleep at a hotel.

I stayed here with my 9 month old on my own when he had to be at Children’s the next morning at 5:45am. I stayed here to avoid having to get up at 2am to travel. After I had gotten there, I had wished that I would have just had
