Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown

숙박 시설은 아주 좋았습니다 그런데 덴버 중심가와는 조금 떨어져있어 늦은시간 찾아가기 조금 겁이 났습니다. 그외에는 좋았어요

This is the first hotel with the first two employees that were not very friendly. The one lady was not very approachable & made you feel bothered when questions were asked.

Easy

Everything was great and convenient! Only downside was one elevator was working which made it hard to go to your floor and it was very hot in the building

Free breakfast was good

The location was perfect for what we were in town for and the staff was very helpful

Wonderful lobby, but the pool was horrible super cold plus super chlorinated, we picked this because of the pool so was a huge let down.

The pictures taken of the property were misleading at best and the service was even worse than the lackluster facilities located by a sizable homeless encampment that any guest would find hard to miss. Not to mention they charged both of my cards on file several small surcharges across multiple days following my stay. Now if the charges were related to damages to my room they would have charged a lump sum and emailed me an invoice. I received no invoice and the charges were nominal so I wouldn’t immediately notice but they did add up to a sizable sum and I never received a formal invoice for said charges. This place is not worth the prize of admission and it’s certainly not worth being hit with fraudulent charges on your credit cards. Save your time and money and stay at the plethora of other hotels located in much more prime locations.

There was trash found in the room when we first settled in. The pool was under maintenance. We found out after we asked if it was open and where it was located.

The eating area was not very clean and the valet parking was too expensive for where the hotel is located

Overall fair… Gwen at the front desk was the bomb. No batteries on the remote & even with batteries couldn’t adjust volume… one elevator. Good enough breakfast… managing expectations…

Excellent hotel close to most downtown activities

Stay was just fine. I made the mistake of leaving my expensive prescription sunglasses in my truck while using the hotel valet service because they got stolen!! Can't trust anyone.. people suck!!!

Wife said it was great!

This Hampton is within walking distance of many Denver attractions. Reasonably priced, the Hampton is clean and provides nice amenities, including free breakfast. I felt it was safe despite homeless in the area as homelessness is a growing problem in Denver.

Room was nice. Very spacious, corner room! had a nice area away from the sleeping area with a microwave, mini fridge and 2 smart waters for us when we checked in. Will stay again our next trip.

Property as nice and breakfast was excellent. A hot tub would be nice, but the pool was great!
