Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg

On site manager acted as a host. He accommodated our early arrival, befriended our dog and provided info regarding the local area. Other desk staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was huge and immaculate and the breakfast menu and venue - superb.

The staff was very nice. The room I stayed in smelled like stale food and the door was incredibly heavy and hard to open.

The overall stay at the hotel was good. The only issue was the smell as you entered the hotel lobby. Not sure if it was the carpet or what but the odor was unpleasantness. It served for our overnight stay and we did not eat breakfast, preferred to sleep to check out time. Since we've had visited two years ago the place has been renovated and looks great! We will stay here again and we recommend this hotel!!!

Great location in a very charming town. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard, but was well stocked. Partner was disappointed that all the eggs were all prepared with ham bc she's vegetarian

I’m a Hampton Inn loyalist. I enjoy having breakfast onsite, I enjoy their coffee bar, i enjoy the pool. I like that I can predict what the room and whole hotel will look like, no matter when I roll in. I often travel with my baby girl and two dogs, and Hampton Inn is a very accommodating brand for my family. This Hampton Inn was perfectly suitable. Some reviews mentioned a lack of hot water. It took awhile for the water to heat up, but it stayed hot once it did. A few other guests in the breakfast area complained about the lack of hot water, but it honestly sounded like everyone just needed to wait and let the water run. That’s annoying, sure, but the hot water was there. This HI is quiet, in a convenient yet quiet location, and was well maintained. My one complaint is that I called a few days ahead of my reservation to make sure our room would have a bathtub since we were traveling with our baby. The woman who answered told me each room had a tub- which I didn’t remember to be true, in past experiences some rooms have walk in showers and some have showers with tubs. Alas, our room didn’t have a tub. So that was a little inconvenient but we made do.

Front desk needs training in customer service/personality but other than that it was okay. Room was average but clean.

Great location and a nice hotel

Check in was a breeze. On the morning of check out we had an issue with the room key. Went down for breakfast and came back and the key didn't work. The front desk clerk reconfigured the key three times and it still didn't work. She had to use her master key to let us in. She stated it my have been the battery and she would put in a ticket to have it repaired. We couldn't leave the room unless someone was there to let the other person in. Parking is in the rear unless you are a Diamond member and the lighting is poor. It was a dark walk for two females from the end of the parking lot to the entrance door. You may want to invest in more lighting since that majority of your parking is in the fear of the building. Staff was nice.

The attendant checking us in was not interested in customer service. He did not ask if I was a rewards member and link my rewards. He did not provide WiFi information. He did not offer water or go out of his way to welcome us. We stayed the previous night in zainesville and had a positive experience. Not here. Room was dirty along edges of carpet. Vacuuming was definitely needed. The heat was noisy and very disruptive to sleep. It sounded like we had a plane landing in our room. The refrigerator overheated and we had to unplug to stop the smell. Not a pleasant experience

I stayed there after a funeral because I didn't want to drive home in the dark. My first room had no hot water and I had to make 3 trips to front desk (no phone in room) and finally they moved me to another room, which was okay. And it did have a phone. Room was as comfortable as it could be. Woke up with terrible headache and front desk has no advil or tylenol.

The wonderful front desk person let us check in early (noon) with no extra charge. That was very nice of him. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Sink drain didn’t work properly but it was fixed. The water to very long to get warm. It never got hot. Overall nice stay and good value for the money.
