Safe and quiet.

We extended our stay and the conditions were the same.

First time visit. Great, great staff, very friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and secure. The hotel could use a little sprusing up and a little better cleaning but I may be just a little picky. We will stay again.

Great breakfast great room. Quiet and comfortable. But there was so much security outside, fenced parking and guards at the entrance I was a bit worried by it all. But that may just be me.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very nice and responsive when needs arose. Quiet room. Could have used an alarm clock in the room and had to request soap for the room.

Everything was pretty good.

Loved everything about our stay except the bathroom door was incredibly hard to open and close. Otherwise, perfect stay.

No pool Elevator not working consistently No towels...i had to buy $60 worh of towels Young lady up fron extremely rude

Building is old and out of date management is rude and disrespectful. People are hanging out front smoking marijuana. Phone didn’t work no clocks in the room no ink, pens, or paper to write on caulking, coming up around the bathtub water leaking from the freezer in the refrigerator told me they were going to discount the room for one night because I had to change the room and didn’t.

The entire staff was professional and so very friendly! Very clean property….easy access….close to everything! A big thank you and shout out to the front desk staff! One recommendation….a small microwave in the rooms😁

Help me understand why the room don't have any hand soap in the rooms.

My reservation was cancelled inexplicably and I was told they were out of rooms. Then I was told my reservation moved Homewood Suites. I called Homewood suites and no reservation and no rooms available. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK. A FULL REFUND!

Upon check-in there were two staff members both on their phones and talking/laughing with each other. After waiting patiently for a couple of minutes they finally asked what they could do for me. After giving them my name the staff informed me that they were sold out of the king suite that I had reserved, and they only had 1 king bed rooms left. I told them that would not work as we had booked for 4 people and one bed would not fit us all. The staff were extremely rude and said i could call whoever i booked through. As i sat in the lobby trting to contact Expedia another staff member approached me and stated the king room still had a pullout sofa. I told thrn that would be fine and i would have accepted it the first time as i sinply needed 2 beds and had tried to explain that. The hotel was in terrible shape and very dirty. The restroom in the lobby had urine all over the floor and hadnt been cleaned. Our room had only 2 towels and when i went downstairs to ask for 2 more towels so we could all shower, i was told housekeeping wasnt there and they didnt have any more towels. I know this review sounds like a Karen review, but this is honestly the first review I've ever posted and wanted to warn others not to stay here. We stay in hotels 1-2 times per month for the kids travel sports and ive never been so disappointed in a hotel.

The rooms were not very clean! Hall way floors were nasty! Pool was green. But the staff was wonderful! Would I stay there again! Probably not! It was just around $200 for 2 nights! I guess you get what you pay for!
