Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

Didn’t like the set up of the bathroom. Also thought the room wasn’t as clean as it should of been.

Great stay!!

It’s just a really nice property with lots of things to do

The room was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my experience with all the restaurants, walk to the beach and nearby shopping.

Everyone was friendly and helpful when asking questions.

Very unique with nice restaurants. Bathroom toilet would not flush good and sink was stopped up

Cons: Could not reach front desk from room phone, very inconvenient. Had to keep going downstairs to the front desk if I needed anything. One of the shower heads in bathroom was broken. Bathroom had Awkward room layout. No privacy door to bathroom instead Toilet room had a sliding glass door.. Self parking only, we had to drag our luggage from parking lot on 5th floor to our room on the 9th floor in the main hotel. Pros: There were multiple restaurants onsite and the staff was pleasant.

Property was dated. The room needed to be updated.

We loved the Hard Rock & had a wonderful time! The only thing negative I can say is that one of shower heads didn’t work but, other than that, it was fabulous!!

Clean rooms and amazing staff!!

I drove 7 hours to come stay/play at Hard Rock and had a decent amount of luggage to unload for check in. An employee came up and told me that Valet is closed and that I could park anywhere in the parking deck. After about 45 seconds of me standing there waiting for my wife to come back with a cart he walks back up saying "so you do need help" semi aggressively. I said no I need a cart. He stated we don't give out carts. About that time my wife returned with another employee and a cart. Important note: check in starts at 4 pm and it is 5pm. After I parked my wife informed me that the front desk says the room is not ready yet. I ask directly why our room is not ready. The desk staff stated staffing shortages and short times between check out/in (which is 5 hours like other hotels). Then she proudly explained that the Hard rock “sells out all rooms every day" and she had never worked for such a wonderful place. So I bluntly stated if you sell out every day you can afford to hire a full staff to make sure the rooms are ready. She didn't apologize or even listen to what we were saying. No one cared. Then we asked what the hotel was going to do to compensate us for the wait. Magically then it was ready. Then the hotel door doesn't work properly making us wait 15 min to fix, the bathroom door gets stuck constantly, many of the machines in the casino didn't work, and our players' cards only worked half the time. This property seems to have fully given up.

Easy to park and check in

It was really nice. Te only thing i didnt like was having to go to a separate tower to get to the parking garage. But i understand that is for security measures.

The room was great the bathroom sliding door did not close. That would be only thing that was wrong with the room. Not much privacy to use the restroom.

Location location location!

The staff was friendly, the bar rock cafe was great! Super clean great food. The overall condition of the hotel or at least our room was poor. The carpet felt damp, the walls were dirty, the lamp shades were dirty and one was broken. The shower has 3 shower heads which was a nice feature but the only one that actually worked was the over head one. There was broken tile in the bathroom and the shower seat grout was dirty. The furnishings in the room are not well maintained. The bed was clean and not terrible. We had looked at a few other casinos to stay in on our way to Texas (we stayed 2 days to make a little mini vacation) and we regretting not going to the other 2 options but we chose hat rock because the rooms looked nice and jar d rock had the nicer pool. We frequently go to Texas and textile we strip it will probably be at a different property. The staff was very friendly for the actual hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the food at the Hard Rock Cafe was delicious. Definitely will be back
