Everything was great, except one of the days we waited twice in the same day for the elevator for 30+ minutes from the 28th floor. Every time an elevator opened up it was already full. It appears maybe only 3 of the 6 were working that day. We finally had to take an elevator going up just to get down to the lobby.

They hang in for the weekend and we had a great time. We asked for pillows to be brought up to the room, and they came right up. They also called for extra towels, and they came right to the room. I cleaned our room while and we're gone and that's really good.

Convenient locations. Easy check-in. Shower was dirty but house keeping came fairly quickly to clean it. On checkout day house keeping woke us up early to ask if we were checking out. Then asked again everytime we went in the hallway. Very overbearing. Reasonably priced though. Not horrible

Don't expect much human interaction. Self Serve check-in kiosks, automated front desk when calling...Plus at Harrah's and most Vegas Casinos, 6:5 "Free-play" Blackjack with $15 minimums (which is horrible odds) 3:2 only at high-roller area with $100 minimums. No Thanks! Be warned: Vegas is designed now to DRAIN you of your money at every turn WITHOUT gambling. I could care less if i ever return. Harrahs room was nice though. Modern, clean. nice shower. Very fast and available elevators. Really cool piano bar that was a great time. Always seemed busy.
