The staff was so welcoming. In particular Adonis, Amos, Jerry, and Keisha went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

It was in the perfect spot walkable to bars and restaurants. We were able to check in early but the check in process was long. The room was clean and nice. The pool area was great and a beautiful view of the water.

Breakfast was disappointing. The cabana cushions need cleaned terribly. Rooms were clean. Carpet was ripped. Most toiketroes were pty. We waited over 40 mins for our transportation just to be told upon retirnn we werent at the right pkave. We were instricted to go where we were dropped off. W

The only problem I had was. We took the shuttle to the center. They told us to call the hotel to come pick us up when we are ready. I did that. We waited where they drop us off. They never showed up. We had to walk back to the hotel in the rain.

The parking attendants and van drivers were excellent. The bar tenders were ok, but did shut off the tv’s on a Saturday night at 11pm. There was no other common area to go to. The mirrors behind the bar were filthy the whole time we were there. The room was ok however the furniture was stained and had to use towels on the chair in the room due to the condition. The pool very cloudy. The corn hole was a nice option.

Solid hotel, but saddest rooftop pool ever. The photo of the place shows it off, but it was the joke on the whole trip how they found the 1 angle to make it look big.

Overall it was pleasant the staff were very attentive to my needs and great service. My only issue i had was the pool looked very dirty to me, and the restroom by the pool were very dirty it was like nobody cleaned it for quite a while.

Outside Pool area is such a big space, it is disappointing to have such a small pool.
Hotel provides free shuttle to and from Convention Center.
No free onsite parking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, it was 82° in our room when we got there becuase the AC was broken. They got the AC fixed after a couple hours, but since it was the whole hotel, the room didn't cool off until almost dawn. It was a very uncomfortable night. Nothing was done to make it right either.

I paid $168/night for weekdays, restroom was extremely tight, no bottle water, they charge $3 each. City view was horrendous. I’m not recommending it at all. Parking is $37/night plus tax.
