Great location and friendly staff. Clean and upscale but at an affordable price.

Beautiful hotel, clean room, friendly staff, and whatever small issue we had was quickly rectified. It was walkable to Boston Common, and just beyond that Fanuil Hall and other tourist spots. It was expensive (but so are other equivalent hotels in the area), and we wish there was an indoor pool, but otherwise a great choice. We had a great stay and we would stay there again.

Beautiful lobby and area but room we stayed in was very small

Great location. Staff always friendly and helpful Great price. The Hotel Concierge was not helpful, Like he didn’t care giving information. Maybe he was having a bad day. We will return.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told upon arrival that no room was available for us. My family and I were forced to wait for over two and a half hours, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel with my two kids. To make matters worse, after the long wait, we were finally given a room with only one bed completely inappropriate for a family. This not only failed to meet our reservation expectations, but it also caused significant discomfort and inconvenience during our stay. We chose Hilton expecting a high standard of hospitality, but this experience fell far below that. I would appreciate a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, time lost, and the inadequate accommodations provided. They compt $200 off our stay which is nothing but the taxes in our stay, mold in the restroom and smelled like urine beyond belief.

This is a perfect central location. Close to the train and within walking distance of many of the main tourist spots. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Boston.

The room was clean and cool. The gym is exceptional , best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was great. This was a great experience for our family.

My only complaint was the comfort of the bed. Everything else was wonderful and you don’t need to leave the block to find great food!

El personal fue muy amable, pero la estancia no fue buena. Llegamos a las 6:30 de la tarde y la habitación no estaba lista, no importó porque íbamos a salir. Regresamos a las 9:30 y tuvimos que hacer 35 min de fila para que nos dieran la habitación, íbamos a pedir room service pero a las 10:00 dejan de dar servicio (debería de ser 24 horas…), bajamos y el Restaurante también cerrado y no nos podían dar nada de cenar, perdimos el tiempo por sus esperas y filas. Llegamos a la habitación y olía muy mal, había una máquina de limpieza, lo reporte y no fueron por ella en 2 días, así que como pide la saqué al pasillo porque no cabían las maletas. El segundo día volvimos a las 6:30 de la tarde y no habían ido a limpiar, la máquina seguía ahí…. El personal muy amable pero pues no fue muy buena estancia.

Great experience overall. Excelente location and great customer service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It was a nice short but very good experience. They offered the upgrade at checkin but we only had 1 night so definitely next time! Staff was super nice as well. Our only small grievance is the website said free breakfast but it actually cost money so we went elsewhere.

We had just gotten off a cruise ship, and our balcony room on the ship was larger than this room and the bathroom on the cruise ship was much larger than the bathroom here.

the location is tops! Easy check in, spacious room, great AC. They had popsicles in the lobby, and glow sticks for the fireworks. Amazing service.

O hotel não estava preparado para o calor de 28 graus que estava em Boston. O aparelho de ar condicionado do nosso quarto não tinha capacidade para resfriar o ambiente e isso nos proporcionou noites desconfortáveis. O chuveiro saia pouquíssima agua, foi difícil para tomar banho e lavar o cabelo. Fiquei no apartamento 10.021, acredito q seja um problema do hotel todo pelo que conversei com outros hospedes. O hotel é bonito, limpo, enxoval da cama de boa qualidade, toalhas de banho de qualidade mediana. Serviço de arrumação de quarto sempre logo pela manhã. Elevadores rápidos. Não aconselho o hotel para idosos devido ter banheira em todos os apartamentos, o piso escorregadio da banheira pode acarretar em um tombo facilmente

Wicked small room was tight but ok for price of ~$200 CAD a night. Shower was maddeningly small, about 1.5’ wide by 2.5’ long, the closet was bigger. My husband and I are not overweight and we had trouble. Size of shower and bathroom on a whole should be illegal.

Excellent location. SOME of the staff should be reminded they are in the hospitality industry and hild bad on the attitude.

very clean and beautiful hotel in the heart of Boston. Hidden destination fee

I purposely did not get the Wicked Small room so I could have some extra space. The photos of the guestroom were very misleading. The room was incredibly small and old, the lights flickered, people on my floor were loud at all hours of the night, the bathtub had chipped paint everywhere, etc. For how expensive it was, it was not worth it. Definitely paid for the location and that's about it. The lobby area is so nice then you get to your room and it looks like it's 40 years old.
