Such a great last minute stay here!

The hotel only do the room every other day So we stay 2 nights. Only available for the day after first nigh, only fresh towels available.

My room was not available and the hotel had no record of my reservation through hotel.com so I had to make other arrangements and did not stay at this hotel. I was unable to speak to someone at hotels.com to even confirm that they had a reservation for me at this hotel.

Good place, very comfortable

The Hilton Garden Inn was a fantastic choice for me. Check in was a breeze and the woman at the front desk (Cherilyn) was friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was exactly what I asked for, and I had no issues whatsoever. The lobby and food area was clean and fully functional. I would highly recommend this hotel to future travelers!

Listing said a jacuzzi in room as well as pool. Nowhere was it mentioned that construction said that neither would be available. This was the whole reason i booked.

Overall the interior of the hotel looks decent staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay no far from the airport

Room was nice & clean, AC worked nicely to keep room cool. Only bad thing was mechanical room across from my room that had constant beep about every 3 seconds (thankfully not too loud)

1) was charged $36 for taxes upon arrival even though I already laid $43 in taxes on Expedia. I got it refunded but had to point it out. 2) stayed on 13th floor, fire alarm was pulled on 4th floor, 6 fire trucks arrived, some folks evacuated according to desk staff but we never heard any alarm on 13th floor or were made aware until hours later (seems like a fire code violation?) 3) was told upon arrival on July 4th that there would be fireworks at the baseball stadium that night. There were none. It was the night before. Had a very disappointed kid. 4) was told there would be breakfast served. Next morning found out it was $15 per person, and was awful. Reheated hard as a rock French toast sticks, no juice, and the same mediocre food that we received for free at another hotel a few days before 5) $35 a day to park is a rip off. Could have parked for cheaper in a garage nearby but realized after

My van was stolen from while in the hotel parking garage. I had some rings stolen and a few other things. From what I could tell the thieves spent quite a bit of time in my van, maybe even sleeping the night. They left behind trash, a cigarette lighter and articles of clothing. The staff, when told, did not seem to care in any way. They pulled up what seemed like a canned legal response on the computer and started reading it out, saying they are not legally responsible for any thefts. The final report? The hotel couldn't care less. If you value your possessions, and don't want your car being used as a hostel for thieves during your stay, DO NOT stay at this hotel if you need to use the garage.

Great hotel in a great location. Very comfortable room with a nice view. There was no complimentary breakfast and the breakfast they did serve was not worth the cost.

Great stay and loved Monique at the front desk!!

I understand only have full housekeeping every other day but it would be nice if there was a convent way to request clean towels and coffee and tea supplies.
