Lokasi utama di pusat kota dekat dengan segala sesuatu seperti Milenium Park, Michigan Avenue, dan banyak tempat lainnya. 7 Eleven dekat hanya 1 blok dan ada juga restoran Panda Express jika Anda ingin makan makanan Asia. Kamar tempat saya menginap cukup besar dengan pemandangan kota di lantai 26. Ruangan itu sangat bersih ketika saya pertama kali check-in. Kamar mandi besar juga dan saya suka mesin kopi Keurig. Ada microwave dan TV premium. Saya suka tinggal di hotel ini sejauh ini. Walaupun interiornya cukup tua tapi secara keseluruhan keseluruhan hotel sangat bersih. Ada gym dan juga ruang cuci di lantai bawah. Binatu biaya hampir $10 untuk mencuci dan kering.

We happen to stay during a housekeeping strike which is fine, but the picketing, chants and drums were quite loud.
Great property though and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location. Easily accessible to public transport and most tourist activities were walkable. Our only complaint is the lack of lighting in the room. If you don’t open the window shade the room is a little dark.

Couldnt find a better location than this. We found being next to a major subway connection, the Riverwalk, MagMile and Millennium Park gave us plenty to do. Our room was clean and updated. Bed and bedding were super cozy. The street noise is pretty loud, but that is expected for downtown. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty bad. The sausage tasted like microwaved sawdust, everything was rubbery, the coffee was subpar. Thankfully, there are a ton of options around. Service from the staff was kind and prompt.

L'hôtel était très bien placé au centre-ville.
Bon accueil et rien à redire sur le service de chambre.
Néanmoins, notre chambre au 4ème étage manquait de lumière avec vue sur la clim et les murs d'autres immeubles, clim extérieure bruyante.
Le petit déjeuner est très limité en choix, et n'est pas sous forme de buffet .
