Soon after entering the room we discovered the bathroom sink did not drain well and the fridge was warm inside despite it being set on the highest temp. I turned it down to hopefully melt the frozen ice on the back of frig. Told the front desk and they sent a gentleman in short order and he fixed us up.

We were woke up at 9am by housekeeping trying to clean our room. Check out isn't until noon. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Soon after entering the room we discovered the bathroom sink did not drain well and the fridge was warm inside despite it being set on the highest temp. I turned it down to hopefully melt the frozen ice on the back of frig. Told the front desk and they sent a gentleman in short order and he fixed us up.

I changed the hotel I normally stay at in my travels to Rapid City. Normally Hilton Inns are a favorite so I tried it. Upon arrival there is a funky incense smell in the lobby that is not pleasant. It smells like a dirty foreign restaurant. All the carpets in the hallways and rooms are filthy and stained. Very disappointed. I'll go back and stay at the hotel I used to stay at when in town.

It was raining hard when we arrived after a long day of driving. We stepped into a little oasis with a fireplace going and a warm smile from the front desk clerk. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice property in a recently-developed suburb with many hotel, dining and shopping options. Spacious, well-maintained room, friendly and efficient staff. A little tricky to find the front entrance as the property is behind another building, but our GPS got us there without a problem.

buffet didn't look the best, undercooked bacon. Stood waiting to be seated for 5-10 minutes and ended up going out for breakfast. It wasn't that busy. Every other Hilton express we stayed at had much better service and breakfast. Some even cooked omlets while you waited. Other than beds not made, forgot to give washcloth and hall carpets in need of cleaning it was a pretty good stay. Beds were super comfortable and front desk people were very helpful and kind.
